Been renting here for three years. So far everything is going ok. The staff here is answering the needs of its renters. There is a new development going in next to us but doesn’t appear to causing much problems.

Great little community. Fabulous location with quick access to the lake thru Jetton or Ramsey Creek parks. Lots of great bars and restaurants located close by.
Overall this is a very nice community. I have lived here for four years and have been very satisfied with my experience. No apartment community is going to be perfect, however Legacy Cornelius comes close.
I've lived in this community for almost ten years and I am very happy with the apartment and the rest. In the rare occasion I need maintenance it is very prompt and professional.

Absolutely great! The staff here at Legacy Cornelius including all really take care of me with any needs or concerns I may have. There will always be bumps in the road but they make sure that they smooth them out in an adequate amount of time. Very happy here and this is home!

It's a nice community and the Greenway is great. It's quiet and the grounds are kept clean. They can use some changes in their policies but I guess that's the corporate world.

The over all experience of everyday living here at Legacy has been a good experience. Yes there are some short falls but these are the same as others living communities. When you mix strangers in close living situations everything becomes magnified. The maintenance personnel are very quick to fix any problems that exists.

After 12 years I think I can say it's a pretty great place!!! Casey, Tyler, and Cynthia the leasing office are awesome caring ,compassionate and passionate about what they do maintenance staff wonderful to work with always take care of everything that I need and never seem to act as if though it's a bother all around great community!!!
I really love living here, quiet and clean especially the maintenance employees they are very professional and very prompt when you put a maintenance request , they take care of it right away. One Happy Tenant.
