Terrible managers

Terrible communication, small parking spaces, pool has been closed for a year, dingy apartment and lots of attitude from the girls that work the front desk. I don’t recommend.

DIDNT EVEN TOUR IT…

I was scheduled for a virtual tour today at 11am, and about 45 mins before- I got an email asking for “recent pay stubs and my Drivers License” before the tour could commence. Now, the ID I could understand if I was in person, but not for a FaceTime tour on my iPhone. I have toured 4 other properties this week virtually, and none of them have asked for anything beyond basic information. I do think this is a bit extreme considering I had not agreed on anything contractual beyond just looking at available units. I don’t know where my personal pay stub and identification would be stored or viewed by whom and it’s a bit intrusive to say the least, so I opted for another apartment, and decided to not do business with GCI.

It…WAS….nice.

This apartment complex was great when I moved in 3 years ago. Now, the gym is run down, one building has bed bugs, I’m constantly hearing about people’s apartments flooding (luckily on the 2nd floor I’ve escaped that) and the dog park has a broken gate, broken fence, and the waste container is always over flowing. From the overflowing trash containers to the fountain that’s been broken for 2 years and the snakes they do nothing about, don’t live here.

A friend referred me to Legacy and now I know why! My neighbors are very friendly and I have a much larger place than before for a lot less money.
