I just toured this community and love everything about it especially the pool area. Its like living in luxury for a great price for anyone. Pets are also allowed which is hard to come by these days.

As a resident, I’ve been extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability and transparency from management. I went over two weeks without a working dishwasher, nearly a week without proper ac, and a month of mold growing in the closet-despite multiple reports and keeping a clean home. 9 times out of ten whenever I reach out, I get no answer. The lead property manager told me two separate times she was coming to my home to observe some of the issues. I waited around for her all day twice, only for her to not show up at all. Not even an apology. :( I have two ESA’s now in the home, and paperwork was accepted for one and not the other-despite it being the exact same paperwork. I turned in their registration weeks before rent was due only to be told that the registration was not valid the day payments were due. My doctor was out of office so there was no way to get any additional information in just one day. I have no idea why it was fine for one and not the other or why they waited to tell me weeks after everything was turned in. I’ve given up trying to email the lead manager as I am just ignored. It’s beyond disheartening and disappointing. I was so excited to move in too. I should have known it was going to be a wild ride once I got here and my apartment wasn’t ready the day my lease started. The perks of this place are the maintenance team. Sonny is incredible. She’s always incredibly busy-which says a lot about the apartment complex itself. The pool is also nice when it’s open. That’s sorta rare. And it’s hard to know if it’s open for sure because the pool is closed sign is always up, despite messages saying it’s open. The location is nice and I really wanted to renew my lease. But it’s not worth it with all the problems.
Absolutely garbage customer service. I tried to inquire about a place the other day only to be told they have nothing available. Upon further investigation they indeed did have availability but told me something different in person. Glad I dodged a bullet anyway. After hearing from some current residents. Doesn't sound like a pleasant place to live.

Please do your research and look at your apartment before signing. Once you sign they really don’t care.

I have no complaints. Tera is an amazing Consultant with nothing but great and positive energy!! The whole entire staff is the same way! Jazz & Kia thank you so much for stepping up to help me out while Tera is on vacation .. please don’t look any further ! The staff make you feel at home before even becoming a tenant . I would not live here after property management changed. They’ve lost packages, amenities are never open, and they have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The experience is not up to par with the pricing.
My family and I was miving across the US Robin and Danielle made the transfer one of the easiest Both were helpful and considerate. Forms were sent help given. How do you say thank you to the wonderful staff When we pulled up and walked in from traveling everything was ready to go. Thank you wonderful ladies. You both are so thoughtful Rating a 10 or more.

I’m renting a townhouse for next week. I felt welcome when I walked threw the door. I was greeted by Ms. Kim and she was so nice , professional and her attitude was great. She took her time with me and explained everything to my understanding. I really encourage you to come see what’s for rent . Im glad I stopped here and looked . The agent that helped us was Kim she was so nice and professional and she took her time to explain everything in perfect fetal so we understood everything .
