Property Ratings at Legacy at Crowley
I recently just finished a 12 month lease at this property and instead of 12 months of peace my roommates and I received 12 months of hell. 1. Starting with the leasing consultants and property manager: When we first moved in and had any kind of question or concern it was met with constant attitude and unwillingness to help. 2. Maintenance: This place is DIRTY and RUNDOWN it was dirty when we arrived and remain dirty throughout our lease. We stayed in an unrenovated unit on the first floor and had constant problems with spiders, roaches, ceiling leakage, HVAC smoking, washer machine flooding, kitchen flooding, bathroom flooding and constant banging noises from the water pressure above us. Mainly these issues were met with delays because they only have two maintenance people on the property. 3. Functionality and Convenience/Amenities: Don’t let the pictures fool you, they just renovated the leasing office which doesn’t have free Wi-fi for tenants ONLY staff Wi-fi. They finally reopened the pool after a year of it being closed and the gym doesn’t allow tenants access to the leasing office to use the bathroom or even open the doors to the leasing office. Which is a hazard because it gets extremely hot in there due to the sun beaming through the windows. Yes it is cheap and close to RTP, schools, and some eateries but this place all in all isn’t a good place to spend your money I am not exaggerating.

Our fitness center is accessible to residents 24/7, including restrooms, and we also provide guest Wi-Fi in our leasing office. These look really down for begin only 8 months old., there is zero landscaping. only front face has brick, so your windows look directly into another building only 15 feet way. oh and the TRAIN horn sounds like it is coming thru apartment

You also referenced another building being only 15 feet away; however, we have just one building on-site, so this does not align with our community layout. Regarding the train, while our community is in a neighborhood where rail lines are present—as is common in the Crowley area—the train is not directly adjacent to our property, and the sound is not at the level described.
