Legacy Arboretum Apartments

Management is terrible! Thecomplex is filthy with roaches when I went to view the apartment they were on the staircases when we were walking to view them. There’s soooo many better places. I’m so glad the manager & staff were rude condescending liars because it really helped me find the best complex in Charlotte.

The staff here at the Legacy Cornelius is Fantastic! The maintenance staff has been a blessing! Always available and fast, efficient service!

Great place to live! Management is great, maintenance is extremely responsive, what more can you ask for? It's a peaceful neighborhood with friendly residents. I really have no complaints.

Love love love living here ! The maintenance team is wonderful and fast. The grounds are kept clean and always looking fresh. Office staff is always so willing to help and always surprising us with new food trucks and events. I cannot say enough good things about this place.

Lived here at The Legacy Arboretum for a few years now. Its a great place to live. Its very quiet and peaceful. Great management and maintenance.

Good Job everyone excellent job thank I love what they are doing, everything is fine, just for one detail, I don't like the garbage cans, I don't need it, I can go throw out the garbage, I like it, it doesn't make me lazy, with this they make us more dependent on others people I don't want that for me

I enjoy it so much, waking up to birdsong, looking out the window and seeing the deers, rabbits and squirrels. This calm and tranquility is what I like most here.

Second year out here it’s a Vibe I stay home all day sit on my patio . Mariah is our favorite in the office to work with for whatever concerns we may have or just for a laugh she is so sweet ! Maintenance crew super sweet !

My unit was in good shape when i moved in, but the floors and carpet still needed cleaning. Community is pretty friendly. There is a slight big problem, but nothing too bad.

I’ve absolutely loved my 3 years living here! Amazing atmosphere and the best staff, from management to maintenance. Friendly neighbors add to a great community. Literally minutes from shopping, food, gas, groceries, and a short ride to Uptown, Matthews, Pineville, and so much more. Loved it here!

I love living here. Everyone here is very friendly. The community is well taken care of. There are a lot of perks,,,,,,free tacos and ice cream!!!!

I love the apartments here. And the staff is very considerate of any issues that we have. They do care and do anything they can to help. The maintenance guys are the best!

Great timely staff. Safe, and helpful community. The ceilings are thin so we hear a lot of noise above us and certain details in the house are pretty slap job by the contractors. But the maintenance staff is great so it ain't bad.

Top notch, well maintained apartments, five star leasing & maintenance staff truly care about each resident. Can’t beat the convenience of the area.

Fantastic ! Staff here is Awesome! Very pleasant! Always available when necessary. Safe, clean environment. Knowleadgable when it comes to information about anything having to do with the GCI properties.

I must say that I've had a good experience. The property management, maintenance team, and neighbors have been great. One time, some teens from outside of our community came and were destructive, but overall It's been good. Very convenient to good food and great shopping.

Honestly the best community and complex I have lived in. Quiet, clean, and incredibly attentive. Often do events, have food trucks, etc for the tenants. Maintenance is always quick and efficient, and the all the ladies in the office are so kind, friendly, and make a point to not only be helpful but get to know you as well. Would recommend for sure. Thank y’all for everything we really appreciate it!

So far it has been a great experience, some changes that happened took a minute to adjust to. The staff has been very helpful with handling any of our concerns.

I have lived here for over 7 years and have been very happy. The current leasing and maintenance staff is the best. I feel secure here. The ability to submit a maintenance request is especially appealing to me. The office staff are friendly and efficient. It’s pretty here!

My family and I really loved this place. This is a luxurious nature, clean air, perfectly well-groomed landscaped territory, friendly and responsive office staff, good-natured and smiling neighbors. I fell in love with this place with all my heart, as if I was born and raised here. Being here, I am lost in the feeling of endless happiness and the bottomless blue sky. I love you, Legacy!

Too good, silent, and safety is outstanding. The only thing required is a seating bench outside the apartment. More activities should be promoted like small gatherings and group games.

We've been extremely happy since moving in to Legacy Arboretum. Mariah and office staff have been helpful in making our move and first month an enjoyable one. While installing my washer I had a problem with the water hose causing me to call after hours emergency maintenence. Darius was on call and was to our place within 20 minutes to handle our concern. Legacy Arboretum Apartments already feels like home. We're happy to be here!

I love it here so far! Everyone is so friendly and my apartment couldn’t be any better :) I immeditely felt welcomed when meeting Mariah in the leasing office and her sidekick, Millie.

Hello, Legacy Arboretum offered a home style feel with all of their apartments, as well as a variety of amenities throughout the year. That makes it ever so enjoyable to reside in this community.

Super amazing leasing staff we have they always doing something for us as a community for all of us to be a one family community. Great work

The leasing process was full of inaccuracies and took multiple attempts to get the right information down. Passive aggressive emails broadcast about other tenant noise complaints. And, the move out process was a burden ending in a billing dispute with the utility metering company. Apartments are decent, the front office ruins it.

Great experience and would recommend to others. I work close by and the location is perfect for me. My apartment is cozy and the rent is very affordable for the area. I plan to stay until I'm in a position to buy a home or relocate with my job.

Our experience has been nothing short of wonderful. This community is beautifully well maintained and has such a pleasant staff. We have enjoyed our time here and built many memories of our family. We are excited for our new adventure and will always refer this community to anyone looking for a nice, affordable place to call home.
