The leadership and staff are beyond compare, the level of attentiveness to the residents is unsurpassed, on par with any 5-star hotel. The building and grounds are maintained with impeccable detail, units are well appointed and its simply a wonderful place to call home.

I love the way the whole community has grown and the ambiance is so fresh and vibrant! The residential activities are amazing too. The beautiful view and landscape are just stunning! The office personnel makes living here very enjoyable because when it comes to repairs they are on top of it! The concierge welcomes you home and they are full of smiles! I’m so happy here! I feel safe too!

I want to thank the maintenance team and the Left Bank staff for being proactive in handling a rare water leak at my apartment. They immediately responded and began assessing my apartment for all potential damages. The maintenance team then began work on the repairs and the staff was gracious enough to provide me with a temporary apartment for a few days while also providing me with daily updates. This could have been a very stressful situation, but the Left Bank staff and maintenance team were so supportive that it made this week go by so much smoother. Thanks again, Left Bank team!

The staff at Left Bank (Khay-Leen, Janneil, Gerrard, Cece and Norman) are all so warm and wonderful. They're very responsive, enthusiastic and welcoming. The pet service amenity has been such a valuable addition for me and my cat while I travel. The staff seem very fond of my pet and feed/care for him while I'm away which is such a big perk to living in this building and one less thing to worry about. I can't say enough about living at Left Bank- it's well managed, clean, friendly and the staff treat you like family. Also it's the best location with everything being in walking distance!!

Left Bank in general is a great community, super safe, friendly and I love coming home every day. Giving a 3 because I wish we had a sauna and a steamroom! The construction has been rough too. Trains loudssr than expected. Staff is great though.

Left Bank is an incredible community and it's clear that the management treats their workers well. Everyone I have come into contact with at Left Bank, from the current leasing office crew (Janneil, Khay-leen, and Gerrard) to the maintenance workers, to my old concierge team (Sandra, I know, is still there today!) is nothing short of amazing. On several occasions now, I've had packages accidentally shipped to the building and everyone is helpful in working with me to get them back. Anytime I had an issue while living there (though they were few and far between), there was always care to help me resolve it. The neighborhood is safe and friendly, the amenities are great, but the people who work so hard to make the LB community go round are what make this building shine. Would live here again in a heartbeat if I were still in Chicago.

I moved-in recently and the process was seamless! The leasing team especially Janneil was helpful and professional throughout the process. The apartment was spotlessly clean on arrival with new updated appliances. The views are terrific! Although you can hear the train sounds, they become background noise quickly. The front desk staff is friendly and the building is well-maintained. Looking forward to living here!

It's a great Location-views of the city, the building has everything...great amenities, the unit layout with all the home amenities, and great building management! The building and repair requests are taken care of promptly. I'm impressed! Great bang for the dollar!

The leasing agents and the concierge are very helpful. Also, whenever I needed repairs the engineer made sure he followed up on the issue with me. I truly like all the new fixtures in my apartment! Overall, the community is friendly!

Love it so far! Everyone is super kind, no issues whatsoever when moving in and all appliances are modern and beautiful! All of the staff are really kind and helpful as well.

I moved to Left Bank nearly 1 year ago and have had an amazing experience. The lease office staff is really friendly and the front desk is welcoming. Plus, my maintenance requests have always been handled quickly. The apartment I moved into had been recently renovated, so it had everything I was looking for - modern layout, floor to ceiling windows, and quartz counters. My minor complaints are the gym has older equipment (I primarily use the treadmill) and my apartment doesn't have a ton of closet space so I repurposed the pantry to store clothes. Regardless, I still highly recommend to check out Left Bank if you're looking for an apartment!

I am renewing my lease so that tells a lot! really wish this place would het a pool though! Love the location and the people. the rent is decent but could be lower.
