Cool looking space....however incredibly thin walls, overpriced, mediocre service/lack of interest in helping, bad neighbor experiences (not all, some). Steer clear unless you have a good set of earplugs and don't mind overpaying.

Save yourself the hassle of moving here by not doing so. The appeal of the unique building is attractive - but the property manager and the company itself are by the worst people i've ever encountered in my life. If you just want a cool place to look at while you live here - move here. If you want to actually enjoy life while you're here...stay away. They are the kind of people that take your whole deposit for no reason when you move out. They are condescending, rude and overall just terrible.
