Super quiet community, the pool is always super clean and surprisingly never really crowded. On site gym is nice and also rarely busy. Never have an issue with parking being limited

The community is generally well-maintained and the apartments are comfortable and safe. The location is convenient, and the staff is usually responsive and helpful. There have been a few minor issues with trash valet delays or communication at times, but overall it’s a nice place to live.

I’ve had a great experience living here! Haven’t had any problems with getting things done and fixed if needed! Communication could be a little better within maybe answering the phones! But over all staff very helpful !

Nice view and maintenance. Community is peace and lots of greenery. My toddler loves to play outdoor. All services are very good and complains are addressed immediately.

We recently moved into a beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bath unit at Leander Park and couldn’t be happier! The apartment is brand new, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with modern finishes. We love the open layout, especially the large kitchen and living area. Each bedroom has ample space, and the bathrooms are clean and well-appointed. The community is quiet and feels very safe, with convenient access to nearby shopping and dining. The leasing team was professional and helpful throughout the move-in process, making everything smooth and stress-free. So far, it’s been a great experience living here. It's overall good, but please increase the width between the parking lanes at the 6th building. I'm unable to park my SUV if there is any empty parking between two cars. (It's not fitting as the width of the lanes is too small.) If we try to fit in, it collides with other cars. Hope you will increase the width of lanes opposite the 6th building, like any other building in the community. Thank you.

The office staff never answers the phone nor respond to emails! I’ve sent several email messages in the past month and still haven’t received a response! Tenants still smoke and leave cigarette butts on the staircase. Tenants do not bring in their garbage bins after pickup! Tenants leave multiple white garbage bags on the corridor for pick that leaks! Some of the patios look like 3rd world countries with hanging clothing, junk, etc.

Positives: Prompt maintenance service, nice amenities, good staff, regular trash pickup. Clean, well-maintained. Negatives: Apartment is a bit noisy, specially during nights. Neighbours often don’t pickup after their pets and smoke inside the house, though it’s strictly prohibited.

Overall experience is moderate. Poor in implementing security measures. Left and right security gates are always kept open. Never seen them working properly continously for a month. Other than that it is a good place with good neighborhoods.

I was living in Minnesota and my daughter took a tour and did the application for me. I saw where I’ll be living through a virtual tour. I love it here. Everyone is so nice and friendly and the apartments are amazing. It has a lot of space for dogs and very dog friendly with lots of room to walk and for them to play

The process of moving into my apartment was seamless. The apartment was in great condition upon move in and the few small issues that I encountered have already had work orders put in to take care of.

Nice to stay in the Community when compared with others. I have checked lot of communities prior but this one is too good because of building to building spaces and more sunlight.

Quiet and peaceful living experience so far. Everyone is very friendly and management and maintenance are responsive. When issues arise they are resolved quickly and without drama.

I think the apartment complex in general could be a lot more great if management cared about how they were ran, it seems very dirty on the outside. They do not power wash anything is why the stairs outside of the doors are always so filthy. Poop is always everywhere, poop trash cans are never taken out.

No prompt response on the maintenance issues. We need wait for weeks to get the issues resolved. Management is more interested in onboarding new tenants but not on the maintenance issues.

Leander Park has one of the best maintenance teams. They are quick and thoughtful about each request. The staff team at the front office is friendly and available. I don’t see myself moving anytime soon!!

I’ve been a resident at Leander Park Apartments for almost three years, and I absolutely love it here. The community is incredibly peaceful and vigilant; we all look out for each other, making it a very safe neighborhood. I have never seen any heavy police presence, which adds to the serene environment. The front office community manager and the team are beyond amazing. Their hospitality is truly world-class, and they consistently go above and beyond for the residents. This is one of the many reasons I see myself living here for a long time. The amenities are excellent. I particularly enjoy the pet spa and the gym. There are plenty of parking spaces, and the community events are always a delight. The pool is also a fantastic place to refresh and unwind. Overall, Leander Park Apartments is a wonderful place to call home.

Untidy and no maintenance in corridors and hall ways specially in building 3 and lot of pests everywhere and un responsive about tenant needs, can do better in taking care of tenant

This place feels like home. Beautiful living space, friendly neighbors, quiet area. What more could you ask for? And on the plus side, any place you need to go run errands are all right around the corner. Great location.

Leander Park has its charms and challenges The community’s potential shines through with professional service especially notable during Ms. Leavitt’s tenure as community manager. The well-maintained grounds and facilities contribute to a pleasant living environment My experience has been less than ideal due to the frequent towing of my car, pointing to a significant issue with the parking policy, particularly the inadequate visitor spaces Residing in an ADA unit has had its limitations, and upon seeing a regular unit, I was ready for a change. Despite my willingness to comply with the necessary procedures and fees for a transfer, my request was unfulfilled This situation has left me in a unit that no longer suits my needs, overshadowing the positive aspects of living in Leander Park. In conclusion, while there are elements of excellence at Leander Park, the experience can be improved with better parking solutions and a more accommodating approach to resident requests for unit transfers

Extremely fast to tow cars if god forbid you have any guests over and they left their car unregistered for less than an hour. The internet service is also terrible. You are required to use the internet they installed and it is extremely slow and insecure.

Hello, We hate hearing that you received less than stellar service here with us. We have an established reoccurring email that goes out to all residents bi-weekly that has property reminders one of which is the proper registration of guests to ensure that there is no parking violations that could result in the vehicle getting towed. We are working with Spectrum to see about a possible upgrade to our system to help with the internet challenges that several residents have been having. I was supposed to get an apartment with dark wood kitchen cabinets and stainless steel appliances. The model I saw was beautiful and I was told that mine would look just like it, so I was very excited. Well, I moved in on 6/28/22 and my kitchen cabinets are light wood and all the appliances are black. How disappointing! I’m really upset about it and extremely frustrated. I was deceived and this is unacceptable.
