The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Lealand Place
It's a great place to call home. The staff is great, even with some of the recent changes. The maintenance staff has been here since I moved in, and are among the best maintenance I've had since becoming a renter. They are so kind and quick to respond to requests. I did notice issues a few weeks ago with the compactor area, but the staff told me that it was due to some issues with valet trash. This no longer seems to be an issue. Management stepped up to organize resident events more often and I look forward to renewing my lease when the time comes!
Property Manager at Lealand Place, Responded To This Review
Thank you for your 5-star review! We appreciate your vote of confidence. We work hard to ensure that all service requests are handled efficiently and professionally - we'll pass the compliments to our maintenance staff! We look forward to seeing you at our resident events!
What makes this property so bad is the customer service. The management is so poor, rude, and not helpful at all. Been living here for more then 7 years and i think its about time to move out this place. I mean every one that lives here are friendly and everyone talk to one another, kids play together but the office ppl are terrible. I would not suggest this place to anyone and my only reason is the management. The office stays close half of the day. They never answer the phone and when you finally get somebody on the phone their excuse would be i was with a customer and i am by myself even though you called like 10 times in the same day. The pool stays open only for 2 months. Nothing special about this place at least not anymore. By the way the past 7 years the property management has changed like 5 times. That kinda tells you that this place sucks
I would give this place 0 stars if that was an option. We moved in a dealt with cleaning everything up ourselves, but notated on the move in document that all of these things were issues. when it was time to renew the lease because we initially did a 6 month lease we were continuously told to come back or that they would put the lease on our front door. When the old manager was fired because she tried to SET THE LEASING OFFICE ON FIRE I had to find this out from an article in the paper instead of them being upfront or even telling us that she at least moved out because she lived in the complex somewhere!!!!!! The new management came in and immediately put a notice on my door that I was behind in rent and that if I didn't pay that day they would file for eviction, even though we had paid our bill at that point. The woman at the office was VERY rude, Victoria is her name I believe, and it took forever for her to fix it and then finally got the lease that we needed to sign. three days later we were notified that we were able to move into a house that we had been trying to get so when I asked them about just cancelling since we literally just turned in the lease, she said no. I asked if there was anything that work out and she said no I might as well turn in my 60 day notice because I was going to have to pay it anyway. I set up a payment arrangement and moved out. When we did the walk through they had lost our original move in walk through and made us use the one for the two bedroom apartment. SIX months later after calling and emailing the complaint line to get some one who was NOT the regional manager, on their web page, I am still being charged ALMOST a thousand extra dollars, and have not had my account corrected other than the charges for the damages FINALLY REMOVED. they need to wipe what is left of my balance final advice FIND SOMEWHERE OTHER THAN A CFLANE PROPERTY TO LIVE IN!!!!!!!!!!!
I am a veteran resident of Lealand Place and have enjoyed the past 7 years of spacious living and outstanding commitment from the leasing and maintenance team at CF Lane Property Management. My apartment is home to myself and my children. We call it "our cozy nest". We love listening to the birds tweeting outside our window in the mornings and the rustling of the trees that surround our balcony on windy afternoons. Our neighbors are friendly and familiar for the most part. The upkeep of this community is ongoing and resident safety is a priority. I like that our walkways are pressure washed regularly to keep our front doors clean and that we are notified of any neighborhood violence. I consider Lealand Place to be a hidden oasis in the heart of Lawrenceville. We are conveniently located to several neighborhood grocery stores, gas stations, pharmacies, and a great outlet shopping mall, Sugarloaf Mills. We are also minutes away from highway I-85 and 316, which makes my commute to work and school very easy. If you are looking for a place to call home, please consider Lealand Place as your future residence.
When I moved into lealand place apartment 2 years ago for the second time since moving to Georgia I felt like I was back home since moving from Mississippi 7 years ago I first moved into the apartments I'm 2011 and I can't say I have seen a safer friendly cozy and family atmosphere apartment ever the respect and attention from matienence fun games for residents reliable staff understanding of people and genuine resident care.I wanted a family atmosphere moving from small Mississippi and that's what I found here family small and genuine care for resident a home away from home and a place to call home . that's rare and hard to find in a city such as Atlanta a property that treats you like you are important and that you matter and your hard earned money is appreciated when I come home here from work I feel is though the stress of life and work is left all behind when I pull into my gate and this is my sanctuary of peace and tranquility as well as a place I love to tell people that I call home I rant and rave to friends all the time that I have moved back into my old apartment all the time lol they want to know why I say its my home
