Property Ratings at Le Noble
Le Noble has several significant issues that need addressing. The customer service is abysmal, with staff often being unresponsive and unhelpful, ignoring requests and complaints. The construction quality is equally disappointing. Additionally, the amenities are extremely limited and fail to meet even basic expectations. Overall, Le Noble is not recommended for anyone seeking a comfortable and well-managed living space.
I would have given this property a zero rating if possible. The location is highly disappointing, situated amidst constant hustle and bustle. The on-site manager’s presence is almost non-existent; she fails to respond to calls and texts, often citing being on a tour as an excuse. Promises of an on-site gym remain unfulfilled, with no certainty of its completion within the next year. Issues within the building are not addressed promptly. Considering the apartment size, location, and level of service, the cost is exorbitant. Overall, my experience has been negative, and I cannot recommend this property.
