Lazo seems to be a nice community that has nice amenities and engages with tenants. In regards to my experience individually, I feel as if the communication could be improved prior to move in, all paperwork could be sent in a timely fashion giving the tenant the opportunity to clearly review all necessary documents and a more thorough examination of the apartment can be conducted prior to the tenant moving in.

Lazo has been a great place to live! The staff (both office and maintenance) are professional and helpful. Ground rules are fair and usually upkept. The complex is almost always spotless, and the facilities are very well equipped with the necessities to have an enjoyable lifestyle.

I been here in this apartment for the last 3 months and everything has been great! I have lived in other apartments in this same area and I pay the same amount $ here at LAZO and definitely it is a huge difference in the quality/attention/services of the complex. It was a good decision to move to LAZO me and my family are very happy!

I think that when Lazo purchased the building and complex from the previous owner that the staff has shrunk and cannot perform their duties as well. The amenities seem Nice when they work but it has taken a long time for them to get into working order and they don’t always stay that way.

This was the worst renting experience I have ever had. We were moved into a "renovated" apartment that was in horrible condition. It was filthy upon move in, the renovation was done poorly (think painted over light switches, poorly installed cabinets). To top it all off our apartment reeked of smoke. The office staff is either incompetent or negligent. It took them over a month to find us a new apartment. I had to fight with the office and management company every day for 5 weeks to ensure I had a safe home for my daughter. Please do not put yourself through this.

Over priced apartments. Stakeholders did not care that a lot of people were still working from home and renovated the property anyway creating a lot of noise that affected online business meetings via Skype, Teams, Zoom, etc. Staff is mostly indifferent to current residents but super friendly to potential renters.

So far the property looks nice with the new patio furniture and paint job. The events are fun and the staff is very nice. But the amenities are not up to par. No key fabs to enter pool and gym. The pools are always closed for something. Construction half finished in the grassy areas and no 24 access to anything. We pay high rent for these things. There were many promises made when Lazo took over last year that were not met. Very Disappointing.

Lazo Apartments is a great place to live. As a young adult in college, it is affordable and easy to manage. I feel safe here due to its location and the overall excellent condition the complex is in.

If there was a way to give Lazo 0 stars That's what I'd give. Propain has been out for 6 months or more, same with the hottub, pools are constantly getting closed for no reason, changing the rules as they go out of no where adding new fees for things no one wants, if a dog urinates on a plant they will take away ur pet privileges which is new, Hallways are disgusting from ppl forced to set trash outside their doors for a 25 dollar pick up fee, trying to convince other tenants to turn in tenants for violating the made up as they go policies, On the hotest weekend of the summer so far we were without a/c, was told a A/C repairman was on the way no one showed, wasn't offered help until we complained again the following afternoon. When this place was Pillar at Taviono it was great to live here. Since Lazo (Avenue 5) became the new owners It's a horrible place to live, many other tenants feel the same. Staff is rude can never give any straight forward answers, The maintenance man John does his best, he's a great nice guy but is only one man. The Staff will say "I know exactly how you feel" when we bring anything to their attention as in the gym only being open 9am to 5am, same with the game room, Lazo just sees $ signs can't wait to push people out that have unrenovated apt that have been here for years so they can renovate those apt and rent them for way more money. We have had several Apts renovated near us and its constant banging and yelling all day. Not counting the workers bring their small children letting them run up and down the Hallways screaming, Our front doors are paper tin whatever happens in the hallway everyone hears it. huges piles of fill dirt has been sitting in the parking lot for months blowing dirt all over our cars. They're super great to get you to sign a lease but beware after that it will be " I know exactly how you feel"

Lazo apartments is such a wonderful place to reside. The leasing team and maintenance team are so friendly and helpful. They are always willing to go above and beyond to assist your needs with your apartment. Every team member greets you with a smile. Maintenance team especially John and Marcus are courteous and dogs love them , especially mine. Very knowledgeable! The community is beautiful and always well kept. Amenities are amazing, especially the gym! I feel safe residing here and thankful for some good neighbors. Only one negative feedback would be the fact they do not have a restroom available for the other pool area which is really necessary! Residents do not want to walk all the way back home dripping wet to relieve themselves and then all back especially if they live further away . So I prefer the front pool area closer to the leasing office. Overall this community is a place you can call home.

Worst management team I've ever been involved with. We have mold, water damage, termites, and failing appliances. It has taken them over a month to start repairs and there was no offer to stay somewhere else while walls, and ceilings were being torn out. GLAD WE LEFT WORST APARTMENTS IN CHANDLER!!!

I called on the 1/2/2021 to put an order to fix my kitchen lights and sewer. And the maintenance never came. I called to the office to report the issue and the front desk said that the maintenance wrote that the work was completed. Which the lights in the kitchen was never fix and neither the sewer was. They said they will call to the supervisor and return my call and I was never reach. I have to call a friend to fix my Sewer 2 days ago because the office didnt care. Sadly they care more about remodeling than making sure the residents are happy and wanting to keep renting. I never have this issues with the previous owners. Im very disappointed at the lazy office and maintenance.

I had a issue moving into my Unit and as soon as I stepped in the office the maintenance Supervisor right away said lets drive to ur unit and fixed the issue right away. I have never had so many problems at one place before. First you feel very unsafe with the fact that there is cops in the community every single night because of illegal activity. They leave notes on my door to warn me about burglaries in out neighborhood. On top of that the office manager thought she should share that I’m a single mother living by myself with my son to other residence. There is many more issues but I would be here for days writing a novel. All I can say is RUN AWAY!!!! This place is horrible. I dream of the day my lease is up and that no way to live; how can you call that a home. Don’t make the mistake I did and fall for their fake politeness when trying to get you to rent. Once you sign all that changes. RUN FAST!!

Beautiful grounds, quiet, and well taken care of. Roomy apartments with option of hardwood floor upgrade, totally worth it! Excellent maintenance staff, friendly and courteous!

This is the perfect south chandler location. 2 miles any direction and you have everything. Close to shopping, movies, and chandler fashion center. The leasing staff is very helpful and very knowledgeable about the property and surrounding area. Maintenance is helpful and fixes issues usually the same day. It's nice having everything at your fingertips and not have to worry about fixing anything. Just let the staff take care of it all. I will definitely be renewing my lease again( been here 11 years total)!!!! Make this your new home
