Stay away! Over priced, horrible management staff, takes forever to get things fixed. They don’t care about you. Once you sign the lease you are forgotten about and trapped.
I am very glad to be living in the Lauren Ridge community. I’m not able to get out in the community as I would like for health reasons, but I love the pictures that my kids take. It’s like living in a beautiful Park setting. The community is also well kept. Sharon J.
The community is lovely, really enjoying all of the amenities provided. People are friendly and helpful. A few things were broken in the apartment, and was given 48 hours to turn in a walk through list. But am still finding things that need to be on the list as well as broken down appliances and windows/blinds. One would need at least 30 days to evaluate anything “wrong or broken.” Love the apartments open floor plan, we feel very at home here.
Lauren Ridge has amazing staff and maintenance staff. I have enjoyed the community. The area is always clean and always see staff working on the property.

Lauren Ridge management personnel and maintenance team has been superb in my 2 year stay so far. The community is clean, safe, the staff are friendly however, the lease rate increases makes it difficult to make this a long term solution. Annual 10-20% rent hikes aren't sustainable. Flexibility in this area would go a long way to sustaining a true community.

Lauren Ridge is a very nice community, with tons of nice amenities to offer. The apartments are very spacious with an updated look, and the price is very reasonable.
The attractive community is quiet with very little traffic, and property is well maintained.

This is not a luxury apartment complex. The finishes, paint, and outdoor conditions are not by any means luxury condition. It is overpriced and the worst place I have lived. Find somewhere else to live. Lauren Ridge is not a peaceful, much less a luxury community.
Our move into Lauren Ridge was seamless. Very pleased so far.

Lauren Ridge is an amazing place to live! I downsize from a three bedroom home to an apartment to save money before I relocate to another city in the fall. My advice to anyone Is to request to see the unit that you are considering occupying before moving in. Please keep this in mind going forward….. The upgraded units are immaculate! Unfortunately, the more affordable “standard units” are older and in my opinion in desperate need of a makeover! If the upgrade happens, you would be so proud and experience a “ Home sweet home” experience. The unit space is amazing, and that I appreciate the most along with the amazing staff!

It’s fine here. There are much worse places. But, you must enjoy listening to thumping bass, the sound of cars wizzing around, motorcycles revving, and a pool and grilling area overtaken by 2 residents and 11 of their guests. If that’s your thing you’ll love it here. I imagine it’s much quieter away from the office and pool area, but it’ll cost to find out.

Don't believe the positive reviews, they are more than likely written by the leasing office. We have lived here several years and had a different property manager and leasing office staff almost every year. The managers get worse every year. The one hear currently is the worse by far. When they do have community events it's almost always centered around alcohol so watch what your kids are grabbing. The last pool party they had a cooler of booze sitting unattended so minors could easily grab one. The apartment grounds look terrible, they put pine straw down on top of the weeds and very thin at that. There is more dirt than grass here. The apartments are very over priced. The fire sprinklers randomly go off and hose down your house. 5 units have had this happen in the last year. Parking is a nightmare because they don't enforce the parking policy. They increase the rent a few 100 bucks every year. The windows have excessive condensation which leads to mold around them. Our living room wall has cracked sheetrock and mold after the fire sprinklers above us went off on our upstairs neighbors patio last year. I would live in a tent before I renewed another lease here.

While incidents beyond our control or prevention do occur, if we are made aware we attempt to resolve right away. We assure you that it is our mission to enforce our community policies, while providing a great living experience to our residents when all possible. Most of our residents love the community and we want to ensure that you do too, so again, please discuss with us directly if you still have outstanding community concerns, especially items that need to be addressed within your home and we are happy to do so.
The staff here at Laurenridge have been very professional and nice. They do try to have community events. The property is well-maintained and the response to anything that I’ve ever been concerned about has been good.

I love the modern, updated apartments at Lauren Ridge. The complex itself is tucked back off the main road and has a lovely pool area and 1/3 mile walking path around a pond. It’s hard to beat the feel, amenities and price! The walls seem to be thick too, as I have not had any noise issues with neighbors. Overall my experience here has been very positive.

We had a few minor concerns with the apartment after getting settled. We reached out to the office and they sent a maintenance team member out the same day our questions were answered and the issue we thought we might have turned out to not be an issue at all.

Living at Lauren Ridge for the past few years, weve have no complaints. Up until about a few weeks ago, when our rodent issue arise. We had a hole in our floors from foot traffic. The flooring company came to replace floors but did a horrible job with caulking crevices they left open. The flooring company did come back out to caulk up those areas. However, we noticed cracks underneath our counter top as well, where we clearly see roaches entering and exiting. Sent pictures to leasing office and the response were that these areas were not previously caulked but we can caulk them if youd like. If Id like is not the point. Its the point of stopping the problem before it gets bigger, for the sake of us living here and our neighbors. Its not fair to them. Sending out pest control is completely fine, but not when cracks and crevices still exist.
