The grounds are maintained well, the board is responsive and transparent and few is cheaper than any rental unit.

Best complex in Eatontown
Lived here over 20 years. Shareholders take great care of thier apartments and complex as a whole. Beauriful built in pool. Grounds are clean and well maintained. Laundry room are bright and clean with state of the art machines. Only downside is not enough shareholders. Renters tend to come and go and don't have the same level of pride in ownership.

Complex is large but very accommodating. Hardly any noise issues, everyone keeps to them selves. Maintenence is great.

ABSOLUTELY deplorable! If you were considering this as an option, please turn the other way and run. The apartments are "affordable" for a reason. Leaking pipes, roaches, termites, MOLD, horrible plumbing, DISGUSTING laundry facility. I have had human waste back up into my BATHTUB, they fixed the problem, but in the process RUINED everything in my bathroom with human waste and did not clean up afterwards. Also painted over EVERYTHING instead of cleaning and I mean EVERYTHING; the INSIDE of the toilet was painted for example. Seriously, please run far away from this place, I wish someone had warned me.
