The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Laurel Creek
These apartments have been nothing but a pain to be in. There is always a notice on the door for them to come into our apartment. The pool is closed nor than open, the gym is old and the same issue with being closed. The office signs for packages and it will sit in there until you're able to make it instead of being delivered to the apartments as they should. The walls are n paper thin and you can here everything from the neighboring units. Too many negatives to list so I'll just say there are better apartments in this price range around and can't wait to leave when lease is up.
Ashley and Teresa are both very sweet. The complex is family friendly but manages to be pretty quiet. Having a clean park for the kids and a few grocery stores, pharmacies, etc within close range is awesome too. Occasionally people will go through the dumpsters and leave a mess but what're you gonna do it happens
After reading the reviews for this place I took my chances, the place looked very nice and quiet the price wasn't that bad (other places were really expensive) I found it a really nice place to live it is in fact quiet not disturbances at all, no loud music playing, no people guttering here an there, a couple issues need it repairs but I was surprised how fast the repairs were done one right away and the other one the next day, the ladies in the office always ask you if there is anything that needs to be fixed and that helps. I moved on a 6 month lease and now they offered me a year or a 15 months for the same price no increase I'mstaying for sure
This apartment complex is a horrendous place to live. Theresa seems to never want to help you or seems like it's always and inconvenience for her. The apartment complex itself has very thin walls and you can hear doors close from another building. It seems like things just fall apart one by one but it seems right seeing as how everything in the apartment is made of cheap quality. It's easier if you just fix things yourself then try to contact them for help. The only good thing about this apartment complex is that they pay for the water....but even then it takes a long time to get hot water. I don't see how anyone would be happy to live here let along write a good review of the place.
I have been at the Mediterranean since 2001 and still reside there: That is how much I enjoy living in this beautiful complex. Between the lovely landscaping, the little water creeks that surround the property and the awesome management, I can't think of any other complex that offers the same. This place is like an oasis to me. The Mediterranean is the only complex in the neighborhood, which also adds the appeal of not having to be in close proximity to other complexes. We are a part of the neighborhood and surrounding homes. The Laurel Creek Park is a great area to take walks, watch youth and adult baseball games and unwind. Having a front and back porch is another plus to add to my list of great highlights. They are private and spacious. I also enjoy having a wood-burning fireplace. In the winter, there is nothing better than having the fireplace lit. It creates such a warm and cozy living room experience. As for the management, they have been nothing but accommodating and extremely gracious. I am thankful to the current management, Ashley and Teresa for all that they do in maintaining this wonderful site. They are professionals and caring. The same goes for Eduardo. He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable in all he does. If you're looking for a great alternative to home living, check this place out! You won't be disappointed!
Very spacious apartments. Washer dryer in unit. However pool seems to be down 1st 2 months of summer every year. "State of the art gym" has 2 machines. Overall neighbors keep to themselves no major issues.
