Dave and Carlos were very helpful. So far everything has been great. I love how peaceful the community is. For the most part the unit was very clean but the storage area. However that’s not a big deal. The staff is friendly and I am enjoying my new living space.

I feel very safe in my apartment. Most of the time maintenance requests are taken care of very quickly. The only thing I wish the complex would take better care of the landscaping years ago the grass looked really nice

definitely not a bad community. will say tho, trash valet kinda sucks. sometimes they don't pick up our trash while they picked up other neighbors. they do late pickup sometimes. other times they're on time but mainly late hours. but besides that, love the community

It is great loving here. I enjoy the pools and the maintenance staff is on it. They are very attentive and fix things quickly. The in and out traffic is rough as folks go the wrong way.

Very nice and scenic place to live. I appreciate the nature around the community and the gym is very easily accessible. The trials is a great addition to the community as well. The maintenance crew does a wonderful job.

Apartments are very well insulated, which helps conserve on utility expenses. Year round climate in the apartment is generally very comfortable

Been loving it since we moved in. No issues at all besides the usual maintenance request here and there like at any apartment complex. It’s very laid back at these apartments.

The apartments are very well kept. Complex is easy to find and very friendly. Very spacious apartments. Close to walking trail! Located around lots of great places to eat. Pet friendly as well :)

Great location. Quiet and wooded, next to a green belt with walking trail. Prompt attention from maintenance and mgmt. Have lived here for 18 mos.

On move in day, It was very smooth and easy. The people in the office are welcoming and helpful. Everything you need whether it's food to going out to eat is super close and convenient.

This community is in a park-like setting. I enjoy all the trees, as well as the shopping, restaurants, and fast food available. The maintenance is responsive and friendly.

I love the area and the quietness the staff is very helpful would recommend this complex however I do wish they offered transportation to go shopping in the area for those with no transportation

my time living here I have really grown to love it , especially for being my first apartment, I love that the gym that they have here in the swimming are very beautiful my main two reasons is that it’s being affordable and the safe not much crime or things really happened to while I stay here , but over all i Personally have love my time here !

We love the surroundings here. The office has been amazing. The volleyball court is a big cat litter box and i wish they'd turn it into a little playground for the kids here. Other than that we like it here alot.

Things are great! Definitely love it here. Neighbors are sweet, and the gym is awesome. I brag about it all the time! This was the first place we moved to with my mom about 8yrs ago and loved it. Ofc we left to another place after so many years, but we ended coming right back recently! Its home(:
