The move in process was easy due to the help I received from my leasing agent Carlos. My apartment was ready at my move-in date. There is a brand new convenient store in the complex. There is a variety of places to eat and shop nearby.

Since I have moved here, everyone in the office is very helpful in a good attitude and they say hi to you when they see you out and about on the property. My location it’s just perfect. I get the right amount of sun and the right amount of shade. I love it here.

I have enjoyed my long stay at Laurel Canyon. The leasing office personnel are responsive and helpful. Albert and Abraham do an excellent job with maintenance. For the most part, I feel the community is safe, despite the fact that my car was seriously vandalized twice. It would be nice to have more of a security presence.

It's good overall just a few inconveniences that comes with 20 year old apartment building. Top three biggest complaint is there's only one entrance and it's gate but the gate access codes don't work anymore, so you have to use a phone app that sometimes has trouble to getting connection. Beautiful location though with convenient access to so many restaurants and stores as well as being so close to the 1604 highway access. Only downside to that is rush hour during the morning and afternoons

Absolutely love the community, such friendly neighbors. Absolutely love the fact that everyone thing is so close by I have 3 grocery stores to go to and everything is conveniently close. Although the traffic gets bad sometimes its all worth the wait.

Light bulbs need changing,1st floor breeze ways covered with spider Webs, dumpster area looks like a landfill ,really bad condition I'm can't wait till my lease is done

The place is dirty and neighbors are loud but the maintenance team is peak and so is the gym. The front office closes too often but when its open the staff are very helpful and the snacks are epic.

Very peaceful and feels like home, maybe some minor tweaks but really is so nice to live in the community. I’ve been searching for an apartment but when I moved to Laurel Canyon I really did feel like this was it! From the living space to the amenities and secret trail to walk through just adds such an amazing experience.

I enjoy my apartment location and view of the grove of oak trees and pool. Noise has been minimal in my area. I am glad to see that property is actively cleaning the sidewalks and blow the walkways frequently. There is an issue of residents declining to pick up after their animals waste. This is a shame, as the area is so lovely, otherwise. I am pleased with my decision to reside in Laurel Canyon.

Although I have had a few bumps in the road while moving in, I love these apartments and I am glad I chose this community! The one thing I would say is I don’t know how they cleaned my flooring before I moved in, but it left a wax sticky residue and even though I tried cleaning the floors multiple times after it is just still sticky and keeps attracting dirt and leaving socks and feet blackened. Other than that one little thing, I have had a great experience here!

They are not bad apartments, but the unnecessary add ons make the rent a lot more than it should be. There are a lot of issues with the trash valet, no grilling on balconies, parking is not the best and the lowest price options are not the best taken cared of.

Dave and Carlos were very helpful. So far everything has been great. I love how peaceful the community is. For the most part the unit was very clean but the storage area. However that’s not a big deal. The staff is friendly and I am enjoying my new living space.

I feel very safe in my apartment. Most of the time maintenance requests are taken care of very quickly. The only thing I wish the complex would take better care of the landscaping years ago the grass looked really nice

It is a lovely property. The apartments are older and with that being said, have character and charm not available in a new build. The size of my apartment is ample for my needs! Thank you for everything you do to make this community my home.

The neighborhood is quiet and calm and safe. Maintenance is always available and the leasing office staff are always kind and helpful. I love my experience at these apartments.

I love my apartment but unfortunately I have a neighbor above me that the child runs constantly I understand they have energy but at 10,11,12o'clock is a little peanut too much

definitely not a bad community. will say tho, trash valet kinda sucks. sometimes they don't pick up our trash while they picked up other neighbors. they do late pickup sometimes. other times they're on time but mainly late hours. but besides that, love the community

It is great loving here. I enjoy the pools and the maintenance staff is on it. They are very attentive and fix things quickly. The in and out traffic is rough as folks go the wrong way.
