The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Laurel and Olive
We searched long and hard for a wonderful property to rent. We stayed at the laurel building, and it was by far my favorite place I’ve rented. It was perfect size, had in unit laundry for an extremely fair price, and central AC/heating system. Not to mention- it had a gym we were able to access at any time. There were wonderful technology features- keyless front doorway entry we could just use a code to get in our unit; and an app to let people into the buildings needed. Brad and his team were super accommodating. Not only were they kind and caring, but Brad was extremely reasonable and helped accommodate to a special circumstance with our personal rent situation, which I’ve never had or expected anyone to be so gracious to do. I recommend anyone to rent from this property, it’s rare to find wonderful people like this to rent from with an actual great apartment!
These apartments are beyond beautiful and very well maintained. The location is tough to beat, as is the price for the quality. These are apartments for grown ups!
Great management, and wonderfully designed and brand new community in a nice location!
I've lived here for over a year and have had nothing but great experiences. I've never had property managers so responsive - any time an issue comes up (which is very rare), Brad is immediately on top of it. The apartment itself is fantastic, with high-quality appliances, custom closets, and my favorite part, large windows and abundant natural light. I would definitely recommend living here.
