Laureat is the perfect place to live. It's a beautiful and well maintained building with great facilities. The rental office is absolutely fabulous! The repair team is always available to solve small issues that arise in my unit. I would highly recommend Laureat without any reservation! The location close to Las Olas is ideal!

I recently moved into the Laureat, mid-Nov '24. It's only been a few weeks, but my experience has been everything I thought it should be. All employees I have encountered have been friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, responsive and communicative. The major majority of tenants I come across have been friendly even if just a nod. The building is clean and well maintained throughout. When there has been an issue--which will always occur, management is on top of it and most important to me communicative with status updates, so we are not left wondering. To date I am pleased with my choice of buildings

Location location location. Even though it’s on Broward Blvd it’s a block away from downtown and only a couple of blocks from Las Olas. The building has a sophisticated look, a beautiful amenities and is very clean and quiet. Friendly profesional leasing staff.

I recently had the misfortune of living at Laureat Apartments, and I must say my experience was far from satisfactory. While the apartments themselves were comfortable, the overall package left much to be desired. The only good thing from the office was Adam. He was always willing to lend a hand and an ear. Firstly, the customer service was abysmal. The management seemed more concerned about trivial matters like noise in the clubhouse or items left there than actually addressing significant issues. They never bothered to inform residents about crucial matters such as the emergency closure of the concierge entrance for painting or extended elevator downtime, causing unnecessary inconvenience. Getting my security deposit back was an absolute nightmare. It took an agonizing three months, and the process involved a frustrating back-and-forth that seemed unnecessary and unprofessional. It's disheartening when a basic aspect of renting, like returning a security deposit, becomes such a prolonged and tedious ordeal. Overall, my time at Laureat Apartments was marred by poor management, inadequate communication, lax security measures, and inconveniences that could have easily been avoided. I would strongly caution anyone considering these apartments to think twice before making such a commitment.

Our staff has been at Laureat from its inception and w e always strive to make sure that everyone has a positive experience. However, we do understand that we are not always perfect. We apologize that you felt the service was anything but great during your stay. We wish we could have had the chance to change your opinion. In regards to your security deposit—Yes- there was a glitch in the system that led to us having to re issue the check. I know our accounting team has been in contact with you several times regarding the status of the check, and they were able to provide you with the check number. You should be in receipt of it any day now.
We enjoy living here, units are well kept up, as well the common area being kept clean, along with the amenities landscaping around our lovely pool and grille area. We also like having a concierge monitor the resident entry.

Living at the Laureat is an experience in downtown residency I wouldn’t want it any other way. Great staff, beautiful building and great neighbors while being smack in the middle allowing you to walk to all restaurants, shops, lounges and mins to the beach. Laureat is where I live!!

A little off to the side of Las Olas so quieter, but easy walking distances to great fun and restaurants. Generally good group of respectful people. Good pool with smart design, maximal sun, windy. Packages delivered to your door when you want.

Laureat is a newer community and has become an easy, spirited place to live in Fort Lauderdale. In a world where housing markets have skyrocketed, we have had trouble finding reasonable housing. If you're in your 30s and in between condo and house life, not quite sure if you're done with walkable bars and downtown life, Laureat is a good in between as it lets you still experience nightlife but a few steps away, so it is quiet at night. Would recommend

I love being a Laureat resident. It is not my primary residence, but when I’m here, it’s great. The location can’t be beat — right in the middle of all the action on Las Olas Blvd., yet with enough distance to not have the crowds; it’s perfect! The pool area is fabulous, and the fitness center is well curated. Great place to live.

It has been a joy to live so close to downtown and in a modern building. However, for the price we are paying, I expected better amenities and proper deep cleaning of the place. Security should be more rigid as I see new faces roaming halls, looking confused. I know a lot of people are moving In (Which means ALOT of people moved out). Not sure if other buildings in area are more expensive or have more amenities. But this place is not worth the prices they are demanding for rent.

We love our place and the way the staff treats us. Place is well maintained, no issues or problems they’re constantly cleaning and keeping property in great shape. Pool area super clean along with the other amenities too.We’re looking forward to living here a long time.

I love living at the Laureat. The location is great in that it's right near Las Olas, but yet with enough distance. I don't live at the Laureat full-time, and it works great for me and my family to be able to come and go and settle in each time we're there with ease. The units are well-appointed with great technology updates and appliances, i.e. Nest, Latch, efficient washer/dryer and refrigerator, balconies, and etc.

Highly recommended. By far this is the best community around the Las Olas area.The managements and staffs ( included concierge and maintenance) nare extremely professional and helpful. Beautiful elevated amenities.

Overall, it has been enjoyable to live here. Staff members are always friendly. Cleaning is performed daily in all common areas, albeit, not a deep clean. Not sure if the amenities and living are worth the extremely high rent. Often, the amenities need repair or maintenance which is a bit frustrating.

For the price the rent is, not worth it. Have lived in Downtown Ft. Lauderdale for 5 years. Other newer, nicer, cheaper buildings.
