So far, living at The Latitude has been a great experience. The amenities are top-notch, the staff is friendly, and the overall atmosphere truly feels like luxury living. The only drawback has been communication after move-in, which can be a bit slow at times. I was also disappointed to learn that the pool is currently closed with no timeline for reopening, even though year-round access was advertised during the application process.

Its always very pleasant living here. The noise is reduced and the people and the staff are always kind and nice. Trash service is fine but the hallway does smell a lot sometimes on the 3rd floor.

I have been having such a good time here staying at latitude. I have been here for a year now and love it, it’s in a great location, walking distance from a park. The gym is nice, the pool is really nice! Maintenance is very on top of things and quick to help!

It has been a bad experience and I will be glad to get out soon. Security gates have not worked in over a year. Middle security gate works for a day or two then breaks. The residents have to park in the bottom two lots and visitors get the prime parking. We can't park there because of guest. I can always count 76 spots empty at all times. Nothing works Managers are hard to get a hold of. Security doors to evlavators open often. We pay for a secure location and there is nothing secure at Latitude. The list goes on and on.

Overall, pretty good place. The community room never has coffee or cups like they used to, and the gate still doesn’t work. But, aside from that, it isn’t a bad place besides a few people at leasing who have an attitude issue for no reason.

Living here has giving me a sense of peace. Its in a safe area and I don't really have to worry too much about me and my son's safety. The office staff are always really nice and understanding. The maintenance team does a really good job on getting things fix in a timely manner. I love it here.

The first month after moving to Latitude, I had an issue with the Sink. I raised a maintenance request, and it was immediately resolved, which impressed me. Apart from this, I haven't had a single issue with my apartment. The other thing that is of tantamount importance is the noise control, and the residents are peaceful and quiet. Kudos to Olivia at the front desk. She is really sweet and if you have any query or concerns that you wanna raise, I betcha she will take care of it.

The Apartments are always clean especially in the community area. The amenities are very nice. I like to go into the lounge to grab a latte in the mornings and watch outside the window while I work on my laptop. I love how common events and activities are for the residents. The staff are very polite and the management is very helpful and easy-going. They have made my living experience so much better.

The apartments and maintenance are good. My biggest issue with this complex is cleanliness. The hallways need a deep steam cleaning. They smell like urine and trash. The elevators are not cleaned everyday. The garages need a power wash desperately.

The apartment looks nice on the surface, but living here was stressful. The building has constant plumbing issues, and the water pressure is terrible. The elevator breaks down frequently, leaving residents to use the stairs. Also, parking is a nightmare—there are never enough spots, and the fees are ridiculous. The rent increases every year without improvements to the facilities. Not worth the money.

Latitude is a very well thought property. Very good access, nice garages and good location. Facilities are very modern and well kept. Working orders are attended pretty fast and thoroughly.

Great place to live, quiet and safe. The people are great at this place and the management is good with service. The place is clean but on weekends the parking lot at the entrance is dirty

Not a bad place to live, rent is not as expensive. Just like any other place it has its pros and cons. But overall my experience has been good. Maintenance is good about timely responses and the leasing office representatives are very helpful and friendly. They do a good job of community activities.

The water smelled like sewage and boiled eggs upon move in, saw remnants of dead roaches also, which concerns me about a potential pest issue, gate for the garage doesn’t work. Everything else was fine, but for the price you pay and the advertising as a luxury apartment, I believe there should be higher standards.
