Latitude is such a great location especially for college students. I can walk pretty much anywhere. The building is nice and pool rocks

For any student looking for a place to rent off campus, this is not the place to go. It is way over priced for a small space - they love showing students a room that looks big and then put them into a tiny apartment unlike the spec apartment they bought into. They charge for a full months rent for August but don't let them move in until August 17th (no prorated amount). They charge each tenant $150 cleaning fees PRIOR to move in and then when they move into a filthy, disgusting apartment that is not cleaned - good luck getting a hold of Becky. You call, they say she only takes emails that she doesn't rely back to EVER! Management is horrible at this place. Would not recommend to anyone, such a disappointment!

The staff is super unhelpful and unprofessional. Every encounter I’ve had with the maintenance staff has been terrible. They are very rude and very unhelpful also. Not only does it take forever for them to respond to a maintenance request they are very rude when they get you your room. You pay way too much for what this apartment is. Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. If you wanted to be a valued resident rather than a hassle that is paying a lot of money to live here, please look elsewhere.

Lived here for 5 months. Worst 5 months of my life. Been broken into like 3 times. People getting jumped in the halls on the daily and they do nothing about it. Absolutely terrible establishment.

This one star is to the management. The property is amazing but the management does its best to make your experience the worst. Without interaction with the management, this place is really one of the best to live. But unfortunately, you do need the management to fix uncalled issues. I haven't seen such unprofessional people. They are so rude and never fix your issue. The only thing they know is to give you the wrong information and waste your time. Please work on your management and make this place a better place!. The management is uninterested and they avoid you. They just want to get rid of their tenants. To all the people who are looking for this place. Please think twice before signing a lease. It's a trap the management is really bad out here. I will continue posting my issues.

I really hope you read my entire review because it is somewhat detailed and would be helpful information to you. I have almost lived my entire live overseas and tried several apartments, Latitude so far is the WORST apartment I have stayed at for the last year and I am so glad to move out from that horrible place. PLZ PLZ PLZ don't go there because the good looking posted pictures are just a trap to get you in. 1- They have the WORST management ever and that is really not only my opinion but tons of people who lived there. They are rude, disrespectful, commercial, not honest, unprofessional and have zero customer service skills. In addition, the leases were not fixed and fair at all, me and two of my friends had the same room type and we all had different prices. They also prevented me to talk or email the main company in case I wanted to report or complain about anything, they just told me write everything you want in the portal which was never useful. (I can really talk about this point for ever and with evidence) 2- The apartment looks good externally only while in reality it is finished with the cheapest materials and facilities. For example, I was handed over the apartment with a busted window both in my bed room and living room and I reported them and they were never fixed. This got worse when in December my window glass cracked totally which I keep on reporting about it and guess what until I left (JULY/31) it was not fixed and they just kept on telling me next week we will fix it for 7 months. (That is just one case and there are many others) 3- The sound proof of the entire apartments is horrible. I used to wake up from my neighbor’s chat or intimate relation as if I were with them. I swear I was able to hear the steps of the people living above me and I can know where were they in their apartments. As I said earlier they used really cheap materials for their wall paint, kitchen counters, etc. 4- They kept on continuously charging me high electric bills even when I was not there (out of town which was most of the time). 5- They lost my package twice and I had to wait for couple of days for them to find it. These are just the main highlights and honestly there are much more things to warn you about. Sorry for this long review but it’s just because I am really disappointed with this horrible apartment even thought I used to pay the highest room rate. To sum up, STAY AWAY FROM LATITUDE AND DON'T GET INTO THE TRAP.
