Do not move and here it is the worst place with roaches mold and bugs I’ve been getting bit by them they had come and spray the place twice I’m done with them i’m not the only one getting bit by bugs I have to take my daughter to the emergency room she’s been having headaches when I came here I thought I was living in a good place for the price that they are charging is not worth it at all I had a water leak running through where the lights are at I had to take a video because that was a fire hazard do not move in here it’s a worse please there’s roaches on the dishwasher I asked to be replaced they never replaced it my dog got bit by some bags they said it was fleas but just show the report it was night this apartment complex should be shut down

10 of my neighbors and I were effected by a criminal or criminals that broke into our vehicle and breaking our vehicle glass windows which are not cheap to repair. The criminal or criminals is still on the loose. Latitude issued a letter saying it’s not their responsibility to protect our personal vehicle property. Don’t move here it’s a trap as you will be a target for criminals including the tow companies contracted to tow you or your guests who park here, when there is no where to park. This is Not a place to LIVE, because you might get robbed while you sleep waking up to your vehicle being a target of grand auto damage or grand theft just like I was.

If you move here, be prepared to have only one car and zero visitors. If you happen to need additional parking, be prepared to hike over the the freeway, in to another city. All close parking will require a permit that you can no obtain by living in the apartments or will be taken by rude residents who are saving spots for other cars in their family. The front office will tell you there is plenty of parking around but this will all require a 10+ minute walk. Doesn't sound too bad until you have to do it everyday, you have guests who have trouble walking long distances or you need to get something from your car 'real quick'.

Please don't make the same mistake my wife and I made last year in moving into this complex. Our building was completely infested with cockroaches ranging in size from 2 inches down to the ones that have embedded themselves into the drywall and baseboards. We were forced to move out due to uninhabitable living conditions. If you are looking for a safe place to raise a family then please look at other apartments. It was absolutely the worst conditions we have seen after living in a few different apartments. Just look at other reviews and you will see we weren't alone. You've been warned!

The rooms are large and spacious with a generous amount of storage and closets. The remodel is lovely with awesome stainless steel appliances. I have called maintenance to my apartment three times since I moved in (random things out of their control) and the prompt attention and quick resolution is very pleasing. The apartment building itself is close to freeways and markets. I love living here. However, there is absolutely NO guest parking and the laundry facility is outdated with frequent "out of service" issues.

Hi, I live in Santa Ana. It's called the Latitude apartment homes, it is right next to the 55 & 22 fwys (so great access). The connection to the 5 is right down the street. They are pretty quaint apartments, 1,2, & 3bdrm townhomes available. Great amenities also but, no club house. There are pools & a spa. Dogs & cats are now welcome.
