I wish there was negative 100 stars. We had a family of RATS not mice in our apartment on the second floor (in my opinion, meaning it was in the walls of the whole building), it took them 15 days to fix it, I was told by their manager jerry that it was my fault, and I brought it with me in my furniture. the place that had most of them was under the kitchen sink under the wood. the pics enclosed, were after "they fixed it" The people in management were useless. our heater wasn't working, the electricity wasn't connected to the internet outlet. it always smelled like weed and pee and trash. the most disgusting place I have ever lived in or seen. in addition to that, THIS IS IMPORTANT, READ IT CAREFULLY.they use something called Deposite IQ meaning, it's not a normal security deposit. first of all, it's non-refundable. and at the end, when you leave, they charged us for the damages in the apartment even thou we stayed there only for 4-6 months. when I asked them to use that Deposit IQ as a part of the damages, they stated that this deposit is insurance we pay for them to another company just in case we didn't pay for damages, but if I didn't pay my bill, they will send me to collections, but they get paid by that other company, that we paid the insurance of the Deposit IQ for. even though they used the word security deposit the whole time was leasing the apartments. So you pay the deposit at the beginning and still pay damages after Do yourself a favor, go anywhere else BUT las Fuentes
