Las Flores Gardens Apartments

If you want a quiet and comfortable place to live, this apartment complex is worth looking at. The landscaping is well maintained. There is a pool on-site. Laundry rooms are on-site as well. Not many apartment complexes have an area to wash your car, this one does. Security cameras have recently been installed and that adds an extra level of security with the gated entryways. The ladies that work in the apartment office are always available to help and answer questions. The on-site manager is very helpful and always willing to be of assistance. There isn't a gym on-site but the walking pathways are a good way to get those steps in.

I have really enjoyed living here. The 2 BD/ 2BA apartment is over 1,000 sqft and feels open and comfortable perfect for a small family or anyone who wants extra space. The community is friendly, quiet, and well-maintained, and the price is very reasonable for what you get. Highly recommend checking it out!

This place is falling apart by the day and the owner clearly does not want to spend the money to maintain nor upgrade the apartments. The motive? get someone moved in and paying QUICK. Rust everywhere, gross caulking around the toilets, uneven flooring, mold. Wasps and mosquitoes are a problem here. A drawer of mine broke and I found it being held together by a Lego piece and screw driven right through it. The microwave was “fixed” with hot glue gun - which was reported nearly a month ago. Still not fixed. You might hear over and over again that this place is spacious and has a lot of storage. But please believe me when I say, none of my dishes fit upright. It’s like constantly playing Tetris here. This place has never been updated. The drawers are OLD and squeaky. The price they are asking for just doesn’t sit right with me. Just a little of the many issues here…

I love living here, my children are allowed to be children and play outside freely, and with no worries because it is a gated community. Everyone friendly and nice, It is quite and feels cozy like a condo or my own home not like normal apartments.

I lived here in 2009 to 2016 when I was given a 60 day notice to move out after my contract was up , along with a lot of other tenants. I was always on time with my rent I did have a couple times where I was a week late . Feel like someone else said in one of the reviews are they care about is the rent. When you comes to something happening and you need maintenance there’s only one person for the entire complex. No it’s not the maintenance man’s fault but when he’s only given so much to work with you can expect the best outcome. Apartments are very spacious and nice I must say before the rent price is going as high as they did you would think that they would take very good care of their tenants. After living there for almost 7 years I got my entire deposit taken they said for the paint which bylaw after five years they have to repaint and for the carpet that need to be ripped out and replaced which I came to find out that they were ripping out the carpet anyways to replace it with wood floor they were just looking for any reason to take my entire deposit. It just sucks when I left the place spotless and clean I even patched up the holes couldn’t even tell anyone lived there. There are no cameras outside where the parking stalls are my brand new car was vandalized four times twice it was keyed entirely all the way around. Once it was hit by a moving truck and the only reason why I found out it was a moving truck was because the mailman had told us. We had had another hit-and-run but this time nobody was there to see anything. I must say it’s spacious let’s be honest better off renting a house for that price . Manager was a lady at the time she is fantastic maintenance man is great and I understand it’s nothing that they can do it’s all on management but there’s too many downfalls ..

Las Flores Apartments is the most unprofessional place to where you could reside in. The place is a nightmare and I am looking for a new place now. The BAD: Management does not exist. The ladies and the occasional male that works at the office are only worried about your rent being paid. Call in a ticket, they can not track it because a tracking system does not exist. That leaves the tenant to call about the same issue more than three times or more. Trash is always piled up and they collect fees from you to say that they are going to pick up trash. Laundromats are dirty, not maintained, machines break down all the time, expensive, and old. I on many occasions have found people going through my dryer and washer. When you raise it to the management, nothing is done about it. Parking is only for 1 car, and 1-2 Handicap spaces in the entire complex. The tenants will scratch and dent your car and nothing will be done. Playground for the children. A box filled with sand and cat and dog manure. The children here are out of control and people who do not live on the complex have access to the complex. Security is hired when they feel it is convenient. So out of 3 years of our family being here, I have seen security at the most one week straight. My car has been broken into and the gate is always malfunctioning. Strangers park their car in the complex. A/C and Heating only exist if and when the hot water heaters and A/C work properly. Carpet and paint on walls. If you are place is at least 5 years or longer, then they might paint your walls and buy you some no name stain attracting carpet. Maintenance people do a decent job but when big trouble hits your apartment, they will not even call professionals. Instead, they hire contractors to try and fix things that they can not. The Good: The rental office closes early, so if you have an emergency cross your fingers and pray.

I have been living here for many years and never felt more at home. open space, clean, and family oriented and kids are allowed to play not like some apartments I have experienced. Management/office personal very friendly and accommodating to all the tenants. I have refereed several people to this complex and they all love it. Little turn around and when there is they go quick. Never been happier.

I noticed this last comment below and I was surprised because I have not had the same experience at all. My family lives at this complex and we have always had a pleasant experience. It is very quiet, and the tenants are all very respectful of each other. The kids occasionally come outside to play and overall it is very family friendly. The ladies in the office as well as the maintenance man do monitor the property and they are very nice. Also, the pictures must be new because I noticed they are remodeling the units as they open up. I would highly recommend this complex.

I have lived here for many years, never felt more like home. clean,open area,Family oriented children allowed to play outside, not like I have experienced at other apartments. Newly Remolded, big, nice size apartments. Management/Office very nice and friendly with tenants and very accommodating. I have refereed friends and they all love it. I recommend this complex as your home.

The place is great in pics but living there is something different all itself

Gated community ciurity guard at night. 80 units 2 bedroms 2 baths fenced pool and Jacuzzi has a playground for the younger children. Three laundry rooms self car wash area. Apartment manager lives on premises. I've lived here with my adult daughter for 5 years I did own a house due to personal circumstances I now live on widow benefits and a limited income. I've been very happy here little turn over in tenants.
