Property Ratings at Larkspur Place
The location is excellent. Close to PDX,everything one would want is about 20 minutes away. The apartments abutt a wetlands,a forest in the middle of an urban area. In 2025 it will be 20 years I have called Larkspur home.
The amenities here don’t seem to be a priority. The property is picked for the service it provides and there’s always something out of their control. I’m really thinking they’re really not interested in. What’s best for the community. Just what’s easiest for them.
A wonderful location, close to PDX, locally about 20 minutes to everything.
The mgt made it easy to apply & move in. I love the area & how quiet it is. I've wanted to live here in this area for 3 yrs & glad it finally happened.
Larkspur Place is a warm inviting space that feels like a small town in a residential community. Very nice place to call home.

The location at Larkspur is excellent for getting around Vancouver and connecting to Oregon. Close to PDX.
I enjoy living here for the past three years. The staff are always courteous and helpful, maintenance is prompt, they keep the walkways clean and the leaves and snow! Blown frequently. They have started a few social events which i really enjoy.
The staff is warm and welcoming. The neighbors watch out and genuinely care for each other and their homes

We would recommend this place to our friends, which we have. We like that Ashley and Frank are reachable and will respond back. We like that the landscaping of the property is well taken care of. The 3 bedroom apartment that we got with a garage is spacious and in good conditional. Also the biggest selling point was non smoking of any kind all across the property.
staff is very friendly, and the location is close to shopping and DUTCH
Ashley was so helpful in providing information that I was comfortable moving in with just a virtual tour and cannot express how happy I am with the apartment itself. The community is quiet and people seems pleasant.
I haven't needed much assistance from staff but when I have, they've all been wonderful. The neighbors I know are all friendly and lookout for each other. The gym and pool are nice....hope we can get back to the fun activities we used to have!

Having an attached garage was the best thing that had ever happened to me.
It seems to becoming more and more expensive and my friends are more cost conscious. I like Larkspur but don't believe the rates showing at present at your website are appropriate for this older apartment.....it is nice, but not luxurious nor a "status location."

I've lived in 4 different complexes here in WA state, and I truly love it here. The surrounding trees, and calm colors of the buildings, make it feel less like a apartment complex and more like a community. Everyone is nice, I have been lucky to have great and respectful neighbors, (all except some people that moved in, that I had to file a formal complaint, and others did as well and they were evicted shortly) so as a resident I appreciate that. The actual apartments are very pretty, I wish the living area was a little larger, but other than that I love it. We call it our little treehouse, since there are so many beautiful windows, and we are surrounded by trees! We really do enjoy our home here.
The new owners are on top of any problem s in the complex. Best managers in my 14 years living here.
Great community and neighbors, staff is beyond helpful since move-in going above and beyond with getting us into our place when moving out of state, and I never have to wait for maintenance service which is amazing and stress free which makes all the difference when renting making you want to continue to rent and recommend this place when your needs are always being met.
Frank was so friendly and professional, 50% of enjoying an apartment community is based on how quickly maintenance issues get solved.
Johnathan the manager and Frank the maintenance man are both amazing. The grounds are kept clean as well as the amenities. I am so happy here.

The new Manager, Jonathan, and the Maintenance Superintendant, are both ALWAYS respectful, friendly and helpful.
I love this apartment community but Frank is a serious problem to this community. There needs to be a person that residents can trust that their home will be repaired when there is a problem and not wonder if he will get around to doing it or not This is not my first incident with him.
Maintenance was great. They were curtious and communicated what was happening. I appreciate the communication a lot.
The lack of an outgoing mail box is huge when you are a senior, disabled and do not drive. This lack costs me at least $20 a month in taxi fares.The people above me have a child approximately six years old , that runs, jumps and dances often until 2AM. I have been here for almost seven years years
It?s a great location and it?s nice and quiet so I would definitely recommend this apartment community to my friends and family.
Frank is an amazing maintenance person!! He is so good and fast. I appreciate his response time always!!!
