The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Larkin Village
I myself have been.satified with being a resident at Larkin village . My family and I are stay to ourselves people and that alone has made this a good experience. This is my first apartment and I have enjoyed every bit of it. I have been at Larkin Village for a year and still look forward to being here.
bad news, they smoke pot in the building all the time . smell bad, people leave garbage in the halls.loud music at night time. they let anyone move it. not safe cops always there.and management is relly nice when your looking to rent ,but once they have you they are rude
Talk about the perfect location. In just about every direction, there is not only fast food restaurants but many different cultural restaurants, shopping, grocery stores and much more all within 2-3 miles. It’s conveniently steps from public transportation and multiple schools. This apartment complex offers a variety of amenities that accommodate all types of families such as a playground, a pool and jacuzzi, and a computer lab. On top of having FREE cable there’s an amazing staff that is always very helpful. It's literally like living right in the middle of everything.
The apartment size is nice but there isn't a lot of storage space and the kitchen has little counter space, cabinet space, and the stove is a joke, way too small. The bedroom and living room are a great size. The dining room is a bit crowded as well. Also not enough A/C, bedroom gets really hot. They should consider adding another A/C in the bedrooms. Maintenance guys are very helpful and come within 24 hours depending how important the office deems your situation. Not enough power outlets as well. But again it's still nice for what you get. The pricing is also too high for what you get, esp for a one bedroom.
Larkin Village Apartment staff can enter your apt. without any warning whenever they want with or without you there... Maintenance is very rude and will leave their scraps and mess on your counters and use your garbage to throw away their lunch waste after they eat it IN YOUR HOME... But if you are someone who enjoys cold water than you're in luck... There is almost never any hot water for showers or laundry... Studios and one bedrooms don't get dishwashers and have really small stoves with four burners that you can't even fit four pots and/or pans on at once... On the plus side my area of the complex is pretty quiet... That's all i can really think of... Oh, the free cable is good too but doesn't make up for the rest in my book...
I'm currently living with my mother in law and the apartment is nice and very small I have no privacy nor does my 3 year old son
A great apt been here 15th years they keep raising the rent I moved in it was 480 now it's 790 can't afford it but the complex is nice we have a pool free cable computer room and they keep it clean my neighbors never stay long enough for me to know them I'm 71 and I need to retire but I can't afford to I'm 71 with a full time job if I get free rent for life I can retire and I won't have to walk up three flights of stairs every nite move to bottom apt
Hello, I am very pleased to have been offered a place to stay but these apartments are in no good condition and very poor maintenance. Also, the neighbor's are very loud and they smoke all the time. I like my apartment im in but certain things needs to change.
Larkin village isn't the worst aparment complex out there but its not my number one option. The kitchens are to small with no cabinet or counter top space. The water in the bathroom is always cold so I take cold showers often. U have to request to be in a good building others you are surounded be ignorant neighbors, the closer you are to the office the better. There are never any parks at night when I get off work. The mail don't run till 2 pm. But it ain't that bad, my place never got robbed, I never had to get into it with anyone around me , get free cable, I only had to kill 2 bugs the whole year. It just all depends on wat your tolerance level is, if u don't mind a cold shower once a day then you would have known problem
