It is probably one of the oldest apartment complex in Round Rock but the management are constantly upgrading and improving their apartments and amenities. There are ample parking spots compared to most new apartments complex. The landsapring is also well kept with beautiful trees all around. The office and maintenance staff are very helpful, nice and friendly. I love it here, peaceful and serene

I have lived at Lantower Round Rock for over 5 years and this is absolutely the best place to live. The office management team are friendly, helpful, and take care of issues in a timely manner.
Horrible customer service. Rude & unprofessional. They don't return your calls or emails. They don't open during the posted hours, they don't listen to you, they keep changing their responses to your questions, they don't always tell you when a new procedure starts that would affect all residents. You don't know what's going on because they only post "positive" comments on the community wall (the office screens the comments)... the list goes on. The property is a mess. Focus is on the front office and entrance. If you take a closer look, you'll find a dog park falling apart (broken gates & benches), trash not picked up consistently throughout the complex, large items laying outside in the field near the trash compactor for WEEKS, other items also falling apart/broken (light posts, dog waste baskets)...list goes on. Inside? Ugh. When i first moved in i found trash & holes in the walls! When I've called maintenance, it can take days. The last time they came, they left trash in my sink. They do have a nice layout but it's not worth it with how dirty the complex is and how bad the front office treats it's residents. Not worth it.
When my husband and I moved here almost 4 years ago under The Lodge at Warner Ranch it was an excellent place to live. After going through 5 Management and office changes we wondered why we stayed so long. Seams are falling off had water damage to walk on wrinkled carpets and neighbors slamming door below so hard you vibrate just sitting. Don't tell the office as they don't care. The surveys are a joke.

I used to love this place but now I’m really disappointed in the new management. My rent bill was less than normal and I went in right away to get the issue resolved with one of the managers, Farren. Long story short, she said the bill was correct because of the lease end date coming up soon. I turn in my check then 2 days later I get a call from the other manager, Kimberlee, saying my check is short and that I in fact did owe more money like I originally thought. She asked me to come in the next morning to discuss. The next morning I went in to discuss and Kimberlee wasn’t even there. I brought in a new check to give to Amber who informed me that they’re going to now add on late fees because it is now after rent due date. They erred but I get fees. GREAT. I ask to speak to Farren, the manager who made this mistake but Farren refused to come out of hiding from her office because she’s “not really supposed to be here on a Saturday” Why do they have office hours on the weekend if their staff has no clue what’s going on and the managers are hiding in their offices? These girls are very unprofessional and rude. Lots of communication is lost when management has their poorly trained staff running back and forth passing along information. Their staff makes mistakes and the residents suffer as a result. I miss the old management company. Really wish I hadn’t just signed the new lease a few weeks ago.
Love the park like setting. Pool and gymn. Close to the toll and the new management seems awesome! Dog park and pet friendly

Please do not move here! Keep looking and save yourself the headaches. It is a nice apartment complex but that is about it. The staff in the office is ok, they wont go out of their way to help you. They have a gym with equipment that is always out of order. They have 3 treadmills but you are lucky if you find even 1 that is working. Also these are gated apartments but ive been here almost a year and the gate has never worked. And when they finally fixed it, it got stuck and it was beeping for 2 days before they came and "fixed" it again (they just left it open) Here is what happened to me. When we first moved in we were given an apartment that was infested with roaches, the washer and dryer were not working and the blines were on the floor. My main problem was the roaches, so when we went in the office the next day they said it had SOME roaches but it was not infested. Like that was any better. Long story short they put us in a 1 bed room while they fixed another apartment for us. While in that apartment, the bathroom got flooded because the washer wasn't working and the water spread to the living room. They told us to put down some towels and they would come and fix it the next day. 1 week later we got our apartment and the problems just kept coming. The dishwasher flooded the kitchen. The sink and tub were clogged, the AC wasn't working or the food disposal. The maintenance crew kept coming in because they couldnt figure out how to fix the dishwasher. After they fixed all that eveything was ok with our apartment but as im writing this there is a leak on the roof that is soaking my carpet. I called in last night and they said it wasnt an emergancy and they would come in today to take a look. It is now noon and no one has come in yet. This is the first time i write a review. Only because i feel like this is just ridiculous. Terrible, terrible apartments! You will regret living here. I know i do.
This has been a nightmare of a change in management. The front office people are rude and unfriendly except Jason who was from the previous crew. The rent increases are horrendous and tacked on fees are added left and right. The good old days are gone when we used to have the monthly brunch at the clubhouse and the helpful staff. Who are these people? Not renewing for sure!

I loved living here last year and enjoyed the previous staff. I am sorely disappointed with the current staff. The Lodge sold out to a new company and the new people are horrible. They only kept one original staff member, Jason, who is an awesome person. We were promised that there would be only a $20 increase on our new rent. When this new company bought out the old one they added on a bunch of hidden fees. Now there's a dog tax of $5 (we don't even own a dog), and we originally had been grandfathered into free daily trash pick-up. Well, this new company fired the old trash collection company and hired a new one which has a mandatory fee of $25. The guy told my bf that if we didn't like this now $50 increase we have 30 days to move out. We'll put up with this BUT WE ARE NOT RENEWING NEXT YEAR !!!
Hello! I just want to let you all know that you won't regret living in this apartment complex. I have been here for 3 years now and the staff is very friendly. If you have anything to complain about they will solve it right away and make you really happy and not want to leave. The environment is very clean and well taken care of and they are pet friendly. How cool is that? The location is great! It's close to grocery stores, pharmacies and outletmalls. It's also a very good place to live because the neighbors are friendly and it's a very quiet complex. You all should check it out!

The apartments at Warner ranch are value for money. They have a big layout with nice spacious patios. There are no problems of parking your car. It is close to most of the convienent stores. In all a nice place to stay.
