The week after I moved in I heard shooting outside of my building, even the police came and stayed the whole night there. What type of people live here?
I rarely write reviews but this place had made me write one. I have been living here for more than 2 years, things have changed a lot since I moved in. Current management is worse, they do not bother addressing residents concerns. You get huge water, sewer bills and management will not address the issue and expect you to pay the amount.
Dog crap left in hall ways for days! Roach infested apartments and the management is terrible. Emailed Katrina and Mathew on dog crap and dirty hallways they won’t acknowledge your email. No maintenance or upkeep in common areas. Do not be fooled with pictures. I will be breaking my lease this place is awful. You can’t bring guest here it’s embarrassing and filthy.
Apartments have Bugs problem, even though the building is not that much old, Another problem is poor construction as sometimes you can hear the other people's conversation through the wall. Last but not least Parking is a big problem here, they don't have sufficient parking spots. If you park in visitors parking, your car will be towed. overall it's not worth it.
The onsite management and leasing staff are amazing! I was a little indecisive about my floor plan, and Tiffany W. took the time needed to find the right apartment, securing the perfect home for me and my little pup Max! The Property Manager (whose name is also Tiffany) was very warm and welcoming, and a pleasure to speak with. The property is beautiful with amazing and stylish apartments, and the residents seem really nice too! Thanks, Landtower Brandon for your hospitality, I can't wait to move in!

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T MOVE HERE! THIS COMPLEX WILL TOW RESIDENT'S CARS!! Extremely rude management, Keyes to apartment don't work often so you get locked outside your home with no one to help, and gate key fobs not working at all. I moved here about 2 months ago, paying high rent for "luxury", this is not luxury this is a joke. Yesterday my car was towed, I came to speak with Tiffany and she was extremely rude. I’ve told her that I gave both my cars information when I signed my lease, that I request to have one free parking as I’m entitled by my lease agreement. Tiffany replies that rules have changed and I’m not entitled to any free parking space on this property. She was very upset and raised her voice several times. Tiffany didn’t like my request so she accused me of having an additional resident at my apartment which is FALSE, accused me of violating my lease agreement by having 2 cars on the property - well I’m paying rent for my one car garage and that makes it my property! Since I couldn’t have any reasonable conversation with her without her being so aggressive, I asked to determine my garage lease agreement and get a free parking space as they changed the terms of the lease forcing me to block my property. She refused saying I’m on a lease. I know my rights and the letter she sent changing my lease terms gives me every right to determine my garage lease and receive one free space on the property. She kept asking, where will you park your 2nd car? I told her that’s not her concern. She proceeded to threats, informed me that she will forward my license plate information to the tow company, that they will look for my car and if I park my other car anytime during day or night it will be towed. When she finally agreed to determine my garage lease and provide me with a free parking space, she demanded I’ll bring my car so she will place the sticker herself! I told her I’m very capable of placing it myself, they didn’t require any resident to bring their car, she replied “this is a different situation”. After all her threats, misrepresentation, and accusations she even dare to ask me “why are you upset?” and smiled at my face. As reading the the reviews here, she has so many complaints and she is very unqualified and just started working here on May 2019. Her management should address that ASAP.
We truly enjoy living at Lantower Brandon Crossroads. Its like living in a resort! Great amenities, top notch maintenance staff. Robert and his leasing team are great! Super friendly and accommodating. We just renewed our lease for a 3rd year. If you're looking for luxury apartment living, I truly recommend Lantower Brandon Crossroads.

Apartment will not sign leases so you can move in on the weekend... will not budge at all. The original sales person said that he would try to make it work but he left and now it is a hard NO :( Who doesn't try to move on a weekend???? I am thinking that would be the busiest move in date!! Apartments look great I hope this is the only problem we will have moving into this gorgeous spa like apartment complex ....
I lived at the apartment complex for a year. The management staff as well as maintenance team are top notch. They get to know you personally, you don't just become another name on a sheet. It is apartment living which does mean you will hear your neighbors whether that be across from you or above you, that just comes with that style of living. The dual pane windows and energy efficient appliances make a huge difference in the electric bill. Management is quick to respond to residents "complaints" about some items such as dog poop and parking problems but it comes down to the residents to take pride in where they live to ensure they pick up after their pets and park in designated locations. There currently is not a light at the entrance but i am sure that is coming soon with the new developments around which will make leaving/entering off Falkenberg much easier. The location is perfect for how many restaurants, coffee shops and attractions are in the immediate area.
My family and I had a horrible experience at Bainbridge Brandon and would recommend anyone considering renting to think twice. The apartments are new construction, but very cheap construction. You can hear your neighbors all the time, even just walking around. Plus we had two major leaks in the kitchen due to shotty construction and poor design. The last resulted in a mold substance growing on the walls of the kitchen island. The staff was friendly at first but downright rude after these issues surfaced (which were no fault of ours). After we moved out, they stuck us with almost $1,000 of bogus charges and sent it to a collection agency (minus our deposit). I would not recommend Bainbridge Brandon to anyone.
