The Crossings is a laid-back neighborhood about two miles west of Downtown Mountain View. This pedestrian-friendly locale is located right next door to one of Mountain View’s largest commercial centers. The complex has some great perks: ample parking, a safe dog friendly park to walk around, and decent amenities like a nice gym and pool. Centralized location to CalTrain and grocery stores. On the downside, the constant alarms in the G1 parking level are annoying, the washer/dryer design can ruin clothes if they get caught, and the water pressure in the sinks and showers is pretty weak. Hallways are never vacuumed, so people’s lingering pieces of trash will always be there. You’re forced to use their Whitesky WiFi which goes down every now and then. Staff is only responsive if you go up to them in person. Greystar is totally unresponsive and unhelpful. Overall, decent living with conveniences, but a few annoyances that stand out. If you got more money and you’re looking to upgrade to a nicer place, there are other places in Mountain View to consider. Don’t be fooled by the luxuries.

Landsby is well located, generally pretty quiet and the amenities are nice. My neighbors are a little inconsiderate (especially the people with dogs) and I hate the trash service. People don't follow the rules and I have to look at and smell garbage in the hallway everyday. It shouldn't be hard for people to walk 50 ft to the trash room. When I do not renew my lease next year, this will be the reason why.

Great apartments, beautiful, modern, lots of young people. Unfortunately, the parking situation is a mess. Management has no idea that 60% of assigned parking spots are empty. They don't have records of who has been assigned what spot in the past. They could just reassign everything but they don't for some reason...

I love the amenities, location, and apartment itself. The staff is friendly as well, but the WiFi has issues too often and the fire alarms go off by accident too often as well. They are extremely loud and inconvenient.

Apartment is great , amenities are great. No parking assignment yet is annoying since it’s hard to find parking at night. Leasing staff is sometimes helpful but other times does not reply to emails

Overall, my experience at Landsby has been positive so far. The community and amenities are great, and I’m satisfied with my living space. The only issue I’ve noticed is some noise from the nearby road, but aside from that, everything has been good.

It’s been great except for a couple of issues - like I haven’t been able to access the door lock through the Stratis app because it’s malfunctioning/running out of battery, or some appliances in my apartment came scratched and other amenities around the building need a little cleaning/replacement (chairs next to the pools for example are always dirty and stained)

The communication between leasing managers and us as new residents hasn’t been the greatest. There’s been long stretches of no response along with not a ton of guidance. There’s community is wonderful and very well kept.

Good good. Staff is slow at putting together all your items when you move in - ie: mail key, parking spot. Otherwise, amenities are great and the leasing agent was very helpful and knowledgeable when touring.

The move in has been a very painful process. The resident service agents seem to not know their way around stuff. There have been delays with everything. Our lease was signed just hours before our move-in date. They dont respond in a timely manner. It’s been a week and we havent received our parking space assignment. They are saying it will take another week for them to figure it out. We were not even given our wifi password when moving in. Follow-ups take days. I have moved before, but this is so far my worst experience. Would be difficult to recommend Landsby/Greystar to my friends after this experience

Very good so far. Bradley was friendly and helpful. Facilities are great. Apartment is amazing. I've been very happy with both the people I've met and the state of the property. I'm glad I moved here.

There is a lot to love about Landsby (amenities, location, modern appearance), but considering that my building was built 3 years ago, I wouldn't expect to hear so much noise coming through my walls/floor. I can hear the dog barking in the apartment below mine as if it were in my own apartment.

I've been living in my new apartment for two weeks. From the start, Roman and Victoria were incredibly nice, patient, and provided timely, helpful feedback, along with extra assistance for our unique situation. Their professionalism made the move-in process much smoother. The apartment itself is beautiful and extremely well-maintained, showing how much pride they take in keeping the units in excellent condition. On top of that, the maintenance team has been spectacular! We had a minor issue shortly after moving in, and they responded the same day, which was impressive. Overall, it's been a great experience, and I'm really happy with my decision to move here. Highly recommend!

Frequent Wi-Fi issue and garage door issues. But best communication among most of the luxury apartments leasing team in the South Bay Area. Maintenance has always been responsive to requests.

My partner and I love Landsby. We love the amenities; we love the peaceful "campus" in the middle of silicon valley; we love the location with walkable grocery stores, restaurants, public transport; and we love the reliable maintenance staff and leasing staff. If we could change one thing, it would be noise cancelation of upstair neighbors, but we understand that comes with living in apartment if you're not on the top floor.

Landsby is a nice place to live. My fellow residents are friendly and for the most part quiet. The staff has been terrific as well. My only complaint is that I can hear my neighbor having conversations in their apartment. I would have expected that there would be better soundproofing given that this is new construction.

I recently found myself on the hunt for a new home and was feeling so discouraged with what I was touring until I found Landsby. From the moment I arrived I was treated with such care.
