I wouldn’t recommend living here to ANYONE Management took away our valet trash just to benefit themselves $$, and maintenance requests go ignored for WEEKS, sometimes months, and when they finally show up, things are still broken. The pools are always foul and disgusting and they never bother fixing them. The whole management team is lazy and unhelpful. Steer clear from this nasty place if you’re looking to move. I promise there are so many better options in the area

Great place to live! Been here for many years and I am completely satisfied with my time here. Nice apartments, friendly and very helpful staff, and plenty of amenities to enjoy on the property outside of your home. Would recommend highly to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to live.

I was going thru a divorce, and needed an apartment. spent about 3 weeks searching for a place I could call home!! I came across Landmark @ Wynton Pointe, had a tour of the property, and knew it was the right place. While it's a little bit of a commute to and from work, It's close to everything!! very pleased with the management and the apartment I live in
I had lived her back in 2006. Not much has changed. Always loved the location. Management has changed over the years but so far it has been pretty good exchange.
I dont have a Residence Experience Well at least not a Bad One! I love the Comminity I Stay in, Its Peaceful an when I put in a Maintenance request They waste no time Fixing The Issue I Also Love that The Leasing office Often Hosts Some Nice Events For the Residents An there Children.
Not the best, not the worst. Had an incident happen and it was hard to get any communication from them. They were apologetic. I fear this place needs some upgrades. New paved roads, some cosmetic updates, people to clean up after their dogs, speeding cars, broken fence at dog park. All these are fixable issues.
Its been great so far im happy with the the property so far is very quiet..I like having a dog park for baby doggy to play and its very convenient to everything
