It’s an ok residence but the repair process to the units are very poor like paint glooped up and blinds broken and warped pantry shelves but other than that it’s pretty ok

I have had an amazing experience living at The Everretts. The management team is phenomenal, and the groundskeepers have done a spectacular job beautifying the property. The maintenance team provides excellent service as well. I relocated from California to Georgia, and while I rented in Atlanta, I never felt like I was part of a true community. However, at The Everretts, my experience is entirely different. I love the beautiful trees, the welcoming nature, and the vibrant culture here. I have never encountered any negative experiences during my time here, and I am truly grateful to be part of this community. Living in this apartment has been a decent, no-frills experience — the location is convenient, the rent is reasonable for the area, and basic amenities like parking and maintenance are included. While the unit is functional and generally well-kept, some features feel a bit dated and noise from neighbors can be noticeable. Management is responsive at times, though not always quick, and rent increases come without major upgrades. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for practicality over luxury.

At this point, I only care to do this for the points. It’s just the same thing every time I do this. You made it so there’s only one entrance and exit which is dangerous, and a hazard for many reasons. It’s difficult to get maintenance done because most of the maintenance you consider cosmetic and not worth doing anything about. Would never recommend this place.

Awesome stay so far, it’s a welcoming community. And I’ve loved it since I’ve stepped my foot in this apartment. Rating ?????????? Management 7/10 But everything has been great so far.

I love it here and the community is very clean people are friendly and the leasing management is awesome here . They have pools and volleyball courts and etc. the community is very pet friendly

A good community, fairly quiet and close to a lot of good spots, staff is responsive to issues and listens to needs when things come up. Good value for the price

Overall living here is ok. Maintenance is not great and takes forever to come if they even decide to come. You have to continuously pester everyone to even do a decent job. People working front desk aren’t too bad though, they seem eager to help for the most part. Only one way in the apartments but have spikes to where you can leave but not enter on the other side. I don’t like how we have to drive so far just to enter when the complex is so big.

Apartment great just a few minor things need to be fix and neighbors need to stop throwing/sweeping trash off balcony that’s very nasty other then that it’s ok

Gym needs to be 24hrs, crazy people should be allowed to rent, and also light up the compound especially around building 11. Leasing office staffs are very helpful.

Great neighborhood, had a couple issues to begin with but going good so far. Only issue is not having a washer and dryer in the 1 b 1 b unit.

Starting with the ladies in the leasing office. They were very professional and helped me through my move in process. They are very friendly and don’t cut corners or give misleading information. The Maintenance has been very fast with fixing things. My apartment was nice and clean all but a few small things. The property is nice and clean. I see a lot of bad reviews about the trash but it’s the tenants putting trash on the ground instead of the dumpsters.

The apartment complex is nice and well maintained. I love the pool area. However, the office staff aren’t the best. In person, they’re very nice but no one ever answers the phone. I’ve also been a resident for over a month and haven’t been given a key for a mailbox. It’s a little frustrating.

Continues to not be a welcoming or community place to live. I’m honestly over explaining every month but the only reason I do it now is for the points so same old same old you’re gonna reply with the email or tell me to come up to the office to speak with someone, blah, blah blah.

its been very calm and quiet lived here for about a year now never had a single complaint. the pool in the back is very clean much like the pool behind the front office. mail box was updated and in an area thats easy to get to. great location close to major stores. and the bus is practically next to the entrance

Poor communication and renter care. The issues that we need fixed in our apartment we've need fixed since move in. Some small issues have been fixed, one large issue (hole in the floor) was attempted to be fixed but not well, and several are still broken.

Staff is friendly and attentive. Bringing the community together with social gatherings during the holidays is an engaging unity, thank you Everett Staff.

So far it seems like a quiet and fun community, love the location, good commute to work, wish the gym was 24 hrs but they do have one. Amenities are good.

Quiet neighborhood. Very peaceful and convenient. Easy access to the stores and restaurants. Maintenance has responded to any request in a very timely manner. They have a decent laundry facility available to the residents which less expensive then the local laundry mat. Overall I haven’t had a bad experience here

I have been part of this community for eight months, and it has served me well. The groundskeepers are doing a phenomenal job keeping the trails beautiful and serene. As a nature lover, I enjoy walking, as it feels like hiking through the greenery. The lovely squirrels, birds, and wooded areas are amazing. However, some neighbors do not share the same commitment to cleanliness or respect for the hard work of the groundskeepers. If I see anyone leaving trash behind, I will ask them to pick it up! We are our brothers' and neighbors' keepers. Other than that, I have no complaints at all.aints at all.

My experience has not been the greatest and I have a really bad roach infestation and other issues has come up with the apartment. I haven’t been too happy about it.

Great I personally think that they hold a lot of Events for The residence who live here. They have a park and a car wash. They also have two separate pools and a gym. They also have washing center for laundry. However, the hours are not very good and the washing machine machines do not work very well.

I like the apartment complex and the area is beautiful, but I’m not happy. I’ve been complaining about moldy smell and water dripping in my ceiling since early last year and maintenance never fixed the problem and my apartment was flooded twice, and all that water came from incidents upstairs, but I suffered. In addition, my neighbors upstairs belong in a basement because they stomp day and night. Not sure if they work from home, but they never leave. Additionally, the floors are extremely creaky which adds to their stomping. Very aggravated staying here. I’m going to consider transferring to another apartment first, and if that’s unsuccessful, I will definitely be moving somewhere else. All my complaints over the past year and a half were in vein.

I have been a resident for eight months, and it has been an amazing experience! The landscaping is beautiful, and the maintenance team is prompt, friendly, and professional. As a nature lover, I enjoy taking walks around the property, where I can see tall green trees, squirrels, birds, and even geese happily living here. My neighbors are wonderful—very clean and kind individuals. The units are well-maintained, and I appreciate how respectful the children are; you hardly notice they live here! I also like that they don’t allow non-working vehicles to occupy parking spots, and non-registered vehicles are warned before being towed. There is plenty of open parking available for guests. The pool, tennis courts, and volleyball area are nice and clean, and they have just installed new electric barbecue pits. The management team is fantastic! I am planning to renew my lease. If you are considering making the Everrets your home, look no further! Welcome home! is quiest

The experience living here has been decent. Their have been a few instances where their was dissatisfaction such as additional charges for uncontrolled events, also repairs for any blinds are at residents cost. It was amazing the first year living here but seems their are some changes
