Our experiences in our apartment has been the best quiet neighborhood everything so close to home definitely a good location, and the staff is always really helpful and friendly.

My experience at this apartment community has been overall positive. The property is clean, the grounds are well-kept, and the neighborhood feels safe. Maintenance requests are handled in a reasonable time, and the staff is generally friendly and helpful. Parking is usually manageable, and I appreciate the amenities that make day-to-day living more convenient. There’s always room for improvement, but overall it’s been a comfortable and pleasant place to live.

It’s been great moving in so far! Mrs.Erica has been super helpful and so have the maintenance guys with all of our questions and concerns , they’ve been quick and friendly the whole way! I’m excited to see how this next year goes but I don’t doubt it’ll be a great one!

Everything about this community is welcoming from the attentive and curtious staff to the eloquent gazebo and swimming pool area my apartment is one of the best I’ve had!

The best thing about living here is nobody bothers you and the community is very quiet. The maintenance team is doing a great job. Very respectful and kind. They’ll not move or touch your belongings when they come in to do work order.

The move-in was awesome. Erica helped me out a lot. Skyler was very helpful. The front office team is so amazing the neighborhood noise wise everything has been well. They helped me out with the maintenance app and maintenance comes the next day. If emergency they also have on call service.

My experience with apartment overall has been magnificent. The neighborhood is clean and very quiet. So overall yeah it's been a great adventure.

So far I love the calm neighborhood! Everyone we run into is so nice. The apartments are very sturdy and the walls are basically sound proof.

I was extremely pleased with the maintenance work performed by Yuri. Overall, my experiences with him and the other maintenance employees and office staff meet all my expectations. Love this place.

It just feel like the more i live here the more I notice little things around the house that is falling apart or repaired badly. Every single time I have called maintenance to fix something it’s never fixed right the first time and they have to come back again multiple times.

Everything has been good so far. I’ve been living here for four years now maintenance screw is awesome. Whenever something broke needs to be fixed. They right on it upfront. They’re pretty nice and they get everything done.

I lovee my move in, the staff was very inviting. i was in a rush to move & they helped me to feel less stressed about that. the process of applying & getting approved is fast & easy ! Thank you so much landings at lake gray!

I love this complex. It's quiet and calm, and I love the office and maintenance staff! The location is great and is close to anything you would really need!

Im enjoying my stay here dispute a few hiccups overall all is well a resident since 2019. The maintenance department does a great job and normally come out the same day to address the need. Grounds and parking lots are kept up and clean regularly. Neighborhood complex is pretty quiet give or take a few loud neighbors but again here at Landings at Lake Gray the staff works effectively to make our stay as residents as pleasant as possible.

The complex is a good community. They are helpful maintenance also comes in a good timeframe. The people around are quite friendly. The office staff is always ready to help!

As a new resident in Jacksonville it is my most humble opinion that I have made the right decision to become a resident here. It has been a year since I moved in and it had been such an amazing experience. Hoping that I’ll have many more years here. Thank you all.

So far it has been a great experience. I love my new apartment. Location and community are great! I’m actually fifteenth minutes closer to work now compared to my previous apartment. Looking forward to creating new memories here.

The environment is clean, quiet and exceeds expectations! The office staff is committed to ensuring that your needs are immediately met. The maintenance crew are on grounds daily to ensure that the environment is clean and secure. Work orders are resolved expeditiously. This environment provides a great living experience!

I love the atmosphere here and the cleanliness of all the properties. The people in the offices and maintenance are amazing and always friendly and welcoming. I am safe here and love to walk my dog around and feel the atmosphere. This is a great place to live !

Landings at Lake Gray has been the best move from the staff to my apartment. I have not one complaint maintenance is fast whenever there is an issue. I haven’t had any issues besides my ice maker but they came quick to fix that my kids love it here I don’t regret this move whatsoever oh and Erika is the best all the staff in the office is welcoming and friendly and willing to assist you.

It is great living at Landing of Lake Gray the staff is great they don't just manage the property the care about the people and it show. The maintenance are very friendly and handled any problems that come up.

I can’t complain love my places especially the fire places maintenance os the best they come right away when i have a work orders, if i have to wait is because the dont have the part because is in order.

I gave enjoyed my living space and I plan to renew for another 7 months. This has been a great experience for me and I hope I can move on to mother location that would become my permanent residence. This place was a good fit for my family and as a current owner I plan to move in to another place just as close to home as this.

Walls are thin .. can hear everything … hearing loud noise up stairs …neighbors always outside … but very nice inside .. maintenance keeps up with things

The location of the apartments is close to anything and everything that you would need for shopping restaurants fast food places. The maintenance crew is great they respond very quickly. The office crew is very polite and professional. I've had nothing but good experiences since I've lived here in the last several years. It's also very peaceful and quiet here.

I just signed my new lease and was happy to do so! If and whenever there is an issue with my apartment, they are on it immediately and I have no complaints. Thank you :)

Nice apartment nice complex a little over priced. Wish residents were more respectful at the pool. Less cursing around children at the pool.

The front office staff is amazing. They communicate very effectively and it made the process of moving very efficient. The apartment is a great value for the price and the community is quiet. I would like to add that the amenities are nice.

Overall here at the Landing of Lake Gray everything is normal for the most part and I can honestly say I like it here. Been here for about five years now.

The application and move in process has been super easy! You can tell they care about the experience they give their residents. Anything that was wrong with the apartment when I moved in has been quickly addressed.

Landings at Lake Gray is great place to reside. my experience has been wonderful thus far. The office and maintenance staff are very kind, courteous, and helpful. The communication is top tier and they keep the property as clean as possible. It’s a pretty peaceful community and I haven’t had any issues with other residents. My son enjoys the pool quite often and we workout in the onsite gym as well. Overall very pleasurable experience!

It's been great here. Maintenance always come when needed. Every time I call, they come the same day for whatever the reason That's one of the things I like the most about living in this community, in addition to the peace around.

Staff was helpful and moving was very easy. The overall experience was great. The apartment is itself is spacious and very up-to-date. The room sizes are decent and theneighborhood is also quiet.

The landing of Lake gray is a great place to live they keep the grounds very clean the apartments are good size and nice the staff is great the location is great very close to the highway makes it easy to get to work

I have lived at Landings at Lake Gray for over a year. I have been very happy here. The office staff and maintenance staff are so kind and professional. If I need to contact maintenance for any task that requires completion, it is typically done the same day or the next day. It is very quiet here day and night. Apartments are very nice and comfortable. I already plan to renew my lease at the end of the year. Thank you to all at Landings at Lake Gray for such an excellent living environment!
