Landings at Lake Gray

I love the atmosphere here and the cleanliness of all the properties. The people in the offices and maintenance are amazing and always friendly and welcoming. I am safe here and love to walk my dog around and feel the atmosphere. This is a great place to live !

Landings at Lake Gray has been the best move from the staff to my apartment. I have not one complaint maintenance is fast whenever there is an issue. I haven’t had any issues besides my ice maker but they came quick to fix that my kids love it here I don’t regret this move whatsoever oh and Erika is the best all the staff in the office is welcoming and friendly and willing to assist you.

It is great living at Landing of Lake Gray the staff is great they don't just manage the property the care about the people and it show. The maintenance are very friendly and handled any problems that come up.

I can’t complain love my places especially the fire places maintenance os the best they come right away when i have a work orders, if i have to wait is because the dont have the part because is in order.

I gave enjoyed my living space and I plan to renew for another 7 months. This has been a great experience for me and I hope I can move on to mother location that would become my permanent residence. This place was a good fit for my family and as a current owner I plan to move in to another place just as close to home as this.

Walls are thin .. can hear everything … hearing loud noise up stairs …neighbors always outside … but very nice inside .. maintenance keeps up with things

The location of the apartments is close to anything and everything that you would need for shopping restaurants fast food places. The maintenance crew is great they respond very quickly. The office crew is very polite and professional. I've had nothing but good experiences since I've lived here in the last several years. It's also very peaceful and quiet here.

I just signed my new lease and was happy to do so! If and whenever there is an issue with my apartment, they are on it immediately and I have no complaints. Thank you :)

Nice apartment nice complex a little over priced. Wish residents were more respectful at the pool. Less cursing around children at the pool.

The front office staff is amazing. They communicate very effectively and it made the process of moving very efficient. The apartment is a great value for the price and the community is quiet. I would like to add that the amenities are nice.

I’m so grateful for Erica Carr’s help during my recent move. From start to finish, she was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. She took the stress out of moving and ensured everything went off without a hitch. I highly recommend her to anyone needing top-notch service and support.

Overall here at the Landing of Lake Gray everything is normal for the most part and I can honestly say I like it here. Been here for about five years now.

The application and move in process has been super easy! You can tell they care about the experience they give their residents. Anything that was wrong with the apartment when I moved in has been quickly addressed.

Landings at Lake Gray is great place to reside. my experience has been wonderful thus far. The office and maintenance staff are very kind, courteous, and helpful. The communication is top tier and they keep the property as clean as possible. It’s a pretty peaceful community and I haven’t had any issues with other residents. My son enjoys the pool quite often and we workout in the onsite gym as well. Overall very pleasurable experience!

It's been great here. Maintenance always come when needed. Every time I call, they come the same day for whatever the reason That's one of the things I like the most about living in this community, in addition to the peace around.

Staff was helpful and moving was very easy. The overall experience was great. The apartment is itself is spacious and very up-to-date. The room sizes are decent and theneighborhood is also quiet.

The landing of Lake gray is a great place to live they keep the grounds very clean the apartments are good size and nice the staff is great the location is great very close to the highway makes it easy to get to work

Great community kids love here and the staff very nice they have good service like maintenance every time I have something not working they come in to fix it

I have lived at Landings at Lake Gray for over a year. I have been very happy here. The office staff and maintenance staff are so kind and professional. If I need to contact maintenance for any task that requires completion, it is typically done the same day or the next day. It is very quiet here day and night. Apartments are very nice and comfortable. I already plan to renew my lease at the end of the year. Thank you to all at Landings at Lake Gray for such an excellent living environment!

Great place great maintenance team and friendly front office staff. Great with kids and even have an office dog. Only wish other residents would clean up behind their dog.

My 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom is awesome. My balcony view gives me a daily dose of our beautiful weather. The gym is air conditioned with surround sound. Makes exercising just a little bit easier.

It's smaller than what I expected, not as upgraded as should be for the monthly lease required. Maintenance is always there when you need them. It's much calm and quiet for the most part. I'm just very thankful and grateful that I have a place to call home.

Its been good. Friendly. Its been quiet. Parking is fine. The apartment itself has been good. Nice to have a variety of different food trucks, if uour into that. My mailbox key is very sensitive, so that's a fun challenge of getting the mail. Its super sensitive, lol my husband's key works better though! Do like that this apartment community is super close to a lot of different place.

My experience overall is great. I'm proud to say I'm a happy resident to be living at the Landing at Lake Gray apartments. I've been living here at this resident for 6 years now.

I love my apartment! It is so spacious and clean right when we moved in! The leasing agents are very informative and made my move in very easy!

Overall amazing community. The pool us always clean. The neighbors are friendly. I love the variety of food trucks, events, community rewards and etc.

Community is great! Apartment is well equipped and actually quite peaceful very little noise from neighbors almost like there is no one around! Amenities are well taken care of!. Staff is super friendly and always available to talk if need something.

Just moved in and the staff was accommodating while getting me moved in. It was a quick and easy process to get my keys. The apartment was is good shape and maintenance was quick to fix things that needed to be looked at.

I haven't had any issues, been at landing at lake gray Maintenance are fast and effective. Anytime I call the office, my question are answered.

My time here has been wonderful, mostly because of the people working here and the other neighbors are special. Swimming is awesome and comfortable

I have lived here for 7 months and honestly I have had a great experience. This past week there coins hidden around the property in honor of St. Patrick’s. My boys thoroughly enjoyed looking for coins and getting a treat from the office. We are happy and feel at home. Thank you for an enjoyable experience.

the apartment is very clean. never had any issues with the neighbors. office staff and maintenance are 7/10. overall okay, i recommend going to the 3rd floor if you can. gym needs updated equipment.

Got nothing but great things to say, I love all the amenities like the gym. Which is open 24 hours, works awesome for me as I’m a night owl.

All are calm and hard-working people, they respect the sleeping hours of their neighbors and the peace of everyone. I have not seen any problems or anything like that.

So far not bad just wish my upstairs neighbors would care for another ppl to they make so much noise stamping feet really loud but it’s a nice place to live

Management is great, maintenance is responsive and efficient! The 2 bedroom is the perfect size for what my family needs, and it's within a few minutes of most anything you'd need for day-to-day life.
