The Landing is nice! The pool and the gym are well maintained, I have a wheelchair accessible and to parking cause an off ramp. The maintains is kind to help me. 4 stars!
Absolutely love it here!! Clean and well kept! Management and maintenance are both very friendly and informative! The property is clean, quiet, and in the perfect area for a quiet girl like me!!
I have been waiting 3 years to move here. I absolutely adore the staff here and I love the homey feel that the community has. I suggest that everyone moves here!

Still havent fixed the broken water fountain in the pond in front of my patio! Its been broken all Spring, Summer and Fall! The gate to enter has been broken for months and I heard it will not be repaired. The shutters on the outside of my building are torn and look unsightly..
Staff is amazing and the whole place impolute and confortable , the apt are bug enough and remarkably clean common spaces, very quiet comunity, very peacefull olace, everything has good lightning in the evening, that makes us feel secure
Very organized and worked extremely well under pressure. Great Team-Work ! All recommendations to process the application in a timely manner were adhered, regardless of the high volume workload encountered in the office at the time.
It’s quiet, clean and maintained, from lawn care to power washing I have no complaints. Also everyone at the office is willing to help and address your concerns and needs. We also love the Food Trucks and Community events.
Not a bad neighborhood. Over priced for what you get. Maintenance is AMAZING! Two pools which is great but wish more was offered given the price.
Im still acclimating to the amount of noise coming from other residents during the late and early hours but I think it’s relevantly normal for apartment lifestyle. Other than that the services and maintenance provided are excellent. The perks of food trucks and events by the leasing office make this complex enjoyable to be part of.
Everyone's been very nice while moving in and weve had no problems with neighbors. Our trash has not been picked up every day, we've left it out on time and tied it up and multiple times now theyve skipped over ours.

I like that the place is clean very welcoming also quite I feel safe although no where is safe in these times! Also at the office the workers are warm n friendly. Wat I’m waiting to get done is my flooring to be fixed it’s not so bad but it needs to be fixed, my dryer also n some little other stuff……
I’ve been living at LASA for almost 5 years, and I can honestly say it’s a fantastic place to call home! The staff is always warm and welcoming, and the monthly events and food trucks keep the community lively and fun. The maintenance team is the best I've ever had - super fast, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile!
The workers all seem super nice! I haven't honestly seen any other people who live in the landing so I can't really form a full opinion of that portion yet. I'm sure people are lovely and I look forward to meeting more people.
Overall solid place to live, I wish there were a few more amenities. Possibly some fire pits, or a hammock area would be nice and some better furniture by the pool or some hammocks somewhere could really elevate the experience and help to compete with the new nearby apartment complexes.
I have had no issues with anything since living here. I feel safe and my neighbors have been very pleasant. I have no complaints about living here.

It’s been good. Staff has been friendly and amenities well kept. Our move in process was easy and any maintenance requests have been filled pretty quickly.
The maintenance team is unbelievably quick! we put a ticket in and its typically done in less than 24 hrs! I love to cook so the kitchen is perfect!
I’ve been living here since 2020, just after the property opened, and I can honestly say I’ve never had a single issue. I truly love it here. The community is peaceful and well-maintained, and the staff has always been respectful, professional, and responsive whenever I’ve had a question or request. Everything from the amenities to the cleanliness of the grounds has exceeded my expectations. It really feels like home, and I’m grateful to be part of this community.
As new residents, we are excited to be a part of the Landing community. Our particular situation has made the relocation process less than typical, but the staff has helped make it a smooth process. My hats off to the maintenance crew for jumping right on a few small issues even though they were not pressing at all. We are looking forward to the various food trucks and other community activities. So far, nothing but impressed.

Too expensive to recruit others -and people don't like that trash pest electric are all extra expenses People don't clean up after their dogs so can't walk in grass Not well insulated can hear neighbors who are very loud
Not bad at all! Community is kept clean and is very close to downtown. The maintenance workers are AMAZING! They come very quickly everytime I need them and are always willing to help.

The landing has been a wonderful experience, my friends already live here and love the amenities and the leasing team! Wonderful inside of the apartments and gated access (however would like for the side gate to work more and have access in and out more via the walking gates too- they're broken sometimes). Great prices, feel safe, and good pool and gym. The team has been helpful with my new lease and I am so excited to move in and be around family and friends in this lovely area to call my home

I have grown to love being home. I’ve made my apartment so cozy and personal that I love coming home to the landing. Everything it offers it tends to my current needs - close in proximity to work and daily routine things, pool right next to my building, pet friendly, maintenance on site, etc!
Leasing agent was fantastic, staff friendly. The noise from upstairs neighbors is ridiculous, almost drowns out the noise of a passing train.

Very quiet when first moved in, noise level has increased over last few months. Amenity areas are now weekend parties that make it hard to enjoy with younger kids

All good except the fountain in the pond hasn't been working for months! I rented my apartment facing the pond and haven't been able to enjoy it.
