If you are looking for a spacious apartment in a very sought for area , this is the place for you.The location is great. I am in walking distance of our beautiful Hardberger Park, a recreational gem of San Antonio.

The fees for being late with the rent should be after fifteen days not after twenty four hours, it's a rip off especially when people are making every effort to make the rent on time.

I have been here going on 8 yrs now and my loft has become my home. It is quiet, neighbors are friendly and the grass is green!!

Its a nice place. You just have to beware of aggressive dogs that the owners have no control of. Those dogs go after people and other dogs.

I’ve been a resident at Landera now for 2 years and have found office staff to be warm and welcoming. They make an effort to know their residents by name and always find time to address our concerns with sincerity and expediency. We have found this place to be quiet and without disturbances. We prefer a community feel when living at an apartment complex and love that they have given that to us.

I've lived at Landera for about 4-5 years. The management and maintenance are great. The buildings are from the 70-80's, which is what you expect for this area. The people who lived here, at least in the beginning, were working, or going to school, maybe had kids. Pretty quiet and respectful. In the last 6-12 months, some of the people who moved have cars with noisy mufflers, jacked up stereos that they play at full blast any time of day, stereo systems in their apartments that make the movie theater Doby surround sound seem quiet. People coming and going at all hours of the day with no attempt to be respectful of other people's schedules.
At Landera their staff is more than willing to go the extra mile to help all qualified applicants. They enable a quick application process. As well as a step by step explanation of your responsibilities to the property and the property to you.

These apartments are bad. Mine had sewer water enter apartment 3 times. Would not replace sheetrock, baseboards or flooring. You don't get what your expecting. The apartments are not taken care of. The lights are out. The dumpster area is disgusting. There is crap everywhere from the dogs. No one cares!

Staff are nice, courteous, maintenance is prompt - do a good job. Mostly quiet, a few neighbors pull up with car stereos at full blast - really, really loud. But not usually after midnight. Dont have much noise from next-door neighbors. Doesnt seem to be high crime in this complex, unlike some apartments closer to Churchill.
