Do not apply here, they do not return the money they ask for, I applied a month ago and they did not accept me and they have not returned my money, it is not fair.
Beautiful new townhomes in a great location. Office staff very helpful and kind. Everything I wanted and more!
I really like my townhome and the property is clean. Anytime I've stopped by the office the staff has been nice - the property manager Erica was friendly and patient with all our questions. The garage is really convenient. Overall, we've been really happy since moving in.
Is too expensive for what it offers. We moved out in one year! They will charge you 1000 for carpet replacement if you have a pet even after all the fees you pay for it. Nothing about this community is luxury and the staff is not friendly. We have experienced several issues since the day we moved in and it has been a headache ever since. The company does not stand by or enforce their policies they put in place. Very disappointing that the materials are so cheap. They also can't seem to keep employees very long as it is always someone new in the office. Very disappointing community, look elsewhere

If I could give 0 stars I would. Nothing about this community is luxury and the staff is not friendly. Not a good place to rent, your money would be better spent elsewhere. So many construction issues including but not limited to: uneven floors, random pieces not painted inside (waiting months for it to finished) the driveways are not as wide as the garage door openings themselves. High rent in a titled school. Nieghbors smoke everywhere.
Wow, judgmental and unfriendly weren't even given the opportunity to try and apply. Small living rooms
