Feeling secure is very important and I feel that living here. The two bedroom is very spacious. The grounds are clean and well kept. The maintenance and office staff are friendly and accommodating. So far I haven’t seen any pesty bugs crawling around on the inside as I detest them. Plenty of shopping areas in the vicinity. A great place to live.

Lakeview 88 is a quiet, welcoming neighborhood that offers all the amenities residents need. The complex is set in a beautiful hilly environment, providing scenic views of views of both the surrounding hills and a serene lake. It’s a peaceful place to live with relaxing atmosphere and natural beauty all around.

Feel very safe and secure behind the gates. Can leave the garage open, usually by mistake, and never have to worry about someone taking something. Sometimes there’s a lot of theft in apt setting, but not here.

Safety, views, peacefully quiet, well maintained, and best part is that’s it’s a gated community. Perfect place to live for peace and tranquility, and that’s the golden perk living here. No dogs constantly barking, and car honks and beeps love it.

I've lived here since 2019 and find that it has been a great, clean, and safe place to live. It's quiet and the managers are friendly and helpful. It is very close and accessible to freeways, shopping, fast foods and restaurants.

Property is very nice and peaceful, with the exception of ONE neighbor in particular. Also, the rent is TOO HIGH and in todays climate of Homelessness, I believe our community should not raise the rent this year and maybe explore raising the rent next year. That would be a beautiful gesture for all of the Tenants.

I've live here since 2019 and have enjoyed every minute. No complaints. Management has been great and the place is kept clean. I feel secure and safe . I have gotten to know and love my friendly neighbors. The community is accessible to shopping and freeways.

Jackson Pointe is a little slice of heaven with fantastic views overlooking the Sweetwater reservoir. Super quiet and friendly neighbors, we are so lucky to call this place home!
