Lakeside Townhomes

I've been living here almost a year now and I love this place! The property is well kept. My maintenance requests always get filled within a day. The property manager is the sweetest lady and I plan to stay! Thank you Lakeside Townhomes for giving my family and I a great place to live!

I moved in on a Saturday and lo and behold, The AC went out on that hot summer day. But luckily the management team here did an amazing job getting the AC guy out here and putting in a new AC to keep me cool until he arrived. On Father’s Day, none the less!!! I couldn’t ask for a better management team for where I choose to live.

I loved this place and the manager Lisa and the maintenance guy Mike were so awesome!!! Best place to live by far

Air conditioning has been broken for over 8 months. They will not fix it…even though maintenance says they will fix it soon. Soon isn’t over half a year. No updates are ever given. There has been so many lies said to me, I can’t wait until my lease is up. It’s been a nightmare living here.

I had to move to Dallas, TX after living here for about 9 months. I really did hate to leave, I enjoyed my time here. It was affordable, I had a 2bed/1.5 bath townhome. They allowed me to have my dog (an elderly pit) whereas most places wouldn't even consider interviewing her to see that she was friendly. The complex was pretty quiet, the neighbors were nice. I really liked having the lake with its resident Canadian geese right behind my unit. I recommend moving here.

I moved here in the beginning of June, 2017. Short time living here thus far, but my experience has been just worthy of such high praise. The rent is very reasonable, the location is very convenient, and their pet policy is fair. My move was a bit of a last-minute ordeal, but since moment one the staff here has been nothing short of incredible and accommodating. I originally saw one apartment, was taken by it, and came back in two days later to place the deposit on it. In that time span someone actually came in, and got the place I wanted. They had to honour it, no hard feelings. But Sharon knew I was very definite about moving here, and knew of another apartment in the same model opening up in time for me. I checked it out, was sold, and placed my deposit on it before it could be snapped up on me. When I moved in they had taken great care to bring it back to like-new condition. The oven and dishwasher were either refurbished or brand new (I honestly can't tell, though I suspect the oven is refurbished only due to the model, not the condition). They provided a final tweak I'd requested on the day of my move as well, as well as fixed a few minor issues I noticed during my initial walkthrough. Since then any issue I have had has been met with seriousness, care, and has been fixed in a timely manner. Sharon has been kind and welcoming, and from the moment you walk into her office you become her priority. Her and her staff have been nothing short of professional, considerate, and efficient. I look forward to remaining a resident here for quite some time. Thank you for having me!
