Overall this is a great complex, I love my unit and the view of the lake, love being surrounded by everything I need in the community. I work from home so being comfortable in my home is of major importance. Currently dealing with an issue that is robbing me of that comfort, hoping the problem is solved soon!

Beautiful place to stay! Come here and I will promise you will not regret it! You will love your place the amenities the area and everything the apartment and city has to offer! There are many layouts to choose from to compliment you and/or your family! Also pet friendly!

I've been here for a while now, and I just love the activities they have for the residence. You will not find anything like Lakeside Terrace. I don't have anything to worry about being here. We all are like family here. We look out for one another. I had deliveries sent to the wrong addresses, and the residents either take it to the office or they will bring it to my home.

So far I am happy living here. If there is a maintenance issue, its been addressed quickly. I seem to have a lot of spiders/bugs that make their way into my unit, however. Does the complex spray outside for bugs?

This is a good community to live in. Although the rent payments keep going up, it's still very comfortable. I believe that if Lakeside Terrace's commits to a set standard price with their annual rental leases they would have more long-term residents.

Smooth Application and Move-in Process I recently went through the application and move-in process at Lakeside Apartments and wanted to share my experience. The standout aspect was working with Stacy from the leasing team, who made the entire process much more manageable. Application Process: Straightforward online application system Quick response time to submitted documents Clear communication about requirements and next steps Move-in Experience: Well-organized move-in schedule Received clear instructions and all necessary paperwork Property was clean and ready for move-in as promised Special mention goes to Stacy in the leasing office. She was consistently professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. When questions came up, she provided prompt and clear answers. The maintenance department has improved significantly since I started living here two years ago. I also like how they make an effort to get everyone together who lives in the community by having local restaurants have a truck come here at least once a month.

Been here for a year now and decided to renew because I really love it here. The complex is extremely quiet and everyone is extremely respectful. The only thing that would make it better would be more night lighting around the parking lots and dumpsters.

The living space is decent, but I would’ve chosen something else after living here for a month now and dealing with pests. No one wants to worry about getting bite and they’re not outside. Life is hard enough.

Move in process was extremely slow. They told us the day before our scheduled move in day that we were approved. No one told us the only way to pay your move in costs was by cashiers check only! And our bathroom was full of mold when we got our keys!

We love our new apartment and are really happy with everything we've experienced here. The leasing office staff is helpful and friendly and made us feel welcome. We had a problem with our air conditioning and maintenance arrived within an hour of my call and it was fixed quickly.

Really love my apartment. Will be sad to leave. Never had any real problems here aside from the delay in opting out of renters insurance. I feel like that process should be expedited. No one wants to pay for the same thing twice.

We are leaving our home of more than 15 years in order to adapt to our life changes. Lakeside Terraces stood out from the beginning of my search and became our final choice. Kristine was great from the beginning to the end of the process. She helped make this move a lot easier and brighter. I love Lakeside so far. Its clean, organized, quiet, and we feel safe!
The maintenance team is always very delightful and respectful and they do get the job done

We just moved in a few weeks ago and a few days back I parked in my assigned carport spot for the very first time. The next morning I wake up to my vehicle with a scratch and dent on the drivers door!! I immediately took action, taking photos of my surroundings, filing a police report and notifying Lakeside Terrace staff. To date, the staff has not even emailed me back?? We are new to the area and all I have to say is “KINDNESS AND DOING THE RIGHT THING” is all we expect in return! Nevertheless, we were forced to surrender our carport spot and get extra security/cameras for our home/surroundings and vehicles. I’ve been in the same line of work for 30 years to date, always believed that being honest and doing what is right is the way to go! I just don’t see that here at Lakeside thus far. On the flip side, the apartment itself is really nice, community amenities and proximity to stores are an attribute.

Lakeside Terrace is a good place to call home. I’ve lived here for almost 4 years now and must admit it hasn’t always been this way! But over time things have gotten a lot better (which should always be the case). I’m glad I stayed here instead of moving out after my 1 year. The grounds are beautiful the office staff have definitely become more professional since 2020. The maintenance requests turn around time was a huge issue to me at first but has not been a problem since then….and I thank management for greatly improving the level of service to the tenants living here. You will find Lakeside Terrace your welcoming place.
The office and maintenance personnel are always friendly and helpful and come very quickly. We appreciate their help.

I love Lakeside Terrace Apartment homes is beautiful the staff is wonderful it is an excellent place to live and raise your family it's nice and quiet and they keep the grounds immaculate, and they have events for the family.

Don’t move to these apartments. Once you are stuck in a lease they could care less about you just your rent money and complying with their mass emails about what they want from you. When you want better service as a resident they are absent or non caring. If would give this apartment 0 stars if I could.
Great apartment complex. Always take care of things pretty quickly and very friendly staff.
I've only been a resident for one week. The office staff during my apartment search and since I've signed my lease have been wonderful! I've worked primarily with Kristina and Stacey. I've met 2 of the maintenance staff so far. Sorry I don't remember one of the names, the second is Kyle. Both were very nice, professional, helpful.
The leasing staff is IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of & will mark maintenance orders are completed with nothing done.
Lakeside Terrace Apartments are very nice and affordable. The location is prime for food and entertainment. I’m happy to be a resident.
