love this apartment! property manager is amazing and very helpful with all my questions. maintenance acts quickly and does their job very well!

I’ve had such a great experience living at this apartment community! The staff is always friendly, professional, and quick to help with anything I need. Maintenance requests get handled fast, and the property is kept clean and well-maintained. My apartment itself is spacious, quiet, and comfortable — it really feels like home.

This place has turned around so quickly. new management came in, and wow is it amazing. stress free living is the way to go. things are getting done and we have an amazing property manager. the units are nicely renovated, and they are right on the pond

Lakeshore apartments is a great place to call home. The community is clean and well kept. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Old management was terrible but the new management is like a breath of fresh air. I’m very happy calling this home.

the new management is great. Things have definitely started to turn around since they have been there. They are doing all kinds of renovations and new maintenance is so timely. I definitely recommend staying here. the view with the pond is also beautiful. there is washer and dryers in every building which is convince for everyone. definitely recommend

Close to UD

I toured the property and was given a lot of information. They offer renovated and unrenovated apartments, onsite laundry and rentable garages. The prices was good and close to the university.

They obviously don't want to rent!

I've tried multiple times to get ahold of someone for a viewing and they simply don't respond. I tried once before to view an apartment and the office manager didn't show. it's too bad because they seem like decent apartments.
