I love the property, the lake with the new fountain looks great! I’m excited for all the new changes, maintenance is great and they’re on call all the time, leasing staff does great! I look forward to living here longer!
I have lived at LakeView over a year now and I love the area. The staff and maintenance very friendly and prompt with follow-up and repairs. Inside and outside kept very well. I love the activities and newsletters to get people connected.
Every morning, I get to wake up to the lake view right outside my window. My place is very nice. Everything works well. Especially considering the price we pay quite nice. I can use as much water as I want because it is a flat fee. Laundry machine beeps loudly is one of my complaints, but that sucks more for the guy that lives by it, not me.
I recently moved to Lake View Shores Apartments and my experience has been good so far. The leasing office staff has been friendly, helpful and prompt to respond. The maintenance staff has been prompt to respond to any issues I have had. The complex seems safe and secure, which was of high importance to me. The only minor complaint/ con that I have is that the rent is a little bit on the higher end based on the amenities that they provide as compared to other apartments in the area. Additionally if you live near the back of the property there may be some highway traffic noice that may take some getting used to.

Lived here for a little over a year and can say this is by far the most taken care of apartment complex I’ve ever stayed at or been to. It’s very evident management really cares about their tenants here. Never have had an issues, have really nice and respectful neighbors. Any maintenance issues are taken care of within 24 hours. I feel very safe and well taken care of here. Also very family friended and management team is always looking for ways to make the complex better and help out the people staying here. :)

I lived here for a year and loved it, anytime we had any issues, maintenance was there to fix it and they were always minor wear and tear issues. Having a little lake to swim and fish in has been super nice and everyone who lives/works here is so friendly and welcoming

I’ve been at Lakeview Shores for many years now. I’ve always enjoyed how quiet it is and how friendly the neighbors are. Most people keep to themselves, but are there to say hi when you see them. Anytime I’ve ever had a problem over the years, they’ve been handled quickly and efficiently by the maintenance team. Great place to live.

Lake view shore apartments are very fairly priced, well maintained, very secure and clean. Maintenance is on top of everything. My one complaint is the buildings don’t have high speed AT&T fiber lines for wifi port and still uses broadband.

I’ve lived in Lakeview Shores for over 10 years. The staff has been amazing and when we had the negative temperatures a few weeks ago I was out of town and the management sent out and email that if we needed maintenance to come in and check our water pipes and heat they would do that. Such great customer service.

I have lived here for years and it has been a great place to call home. The rental units are beautifully updated. The common spaces are well-kept and clean. The lawn is kept nice and snow removal is quick! My kitty and I love this place. Recently, this property was sold and some changes have occurred, most recently a large spike in rent. That is the only flaw.

I just moved here in December and have felt very at home! Any maintenance requests are fixed in a timely manner! The pond is also gorgeous (I recommend a pond view apartment)

The new management raised the rent really high and added a water bill. What a joke. There is a swimming area but the beach is overgrown with weeds. They now allow dogs so there is dog poop everywhere near the "Beach" where my husband and I always laid our towels. The management does not care about you they just care about your money. RUN

I have been a resident for a few years now. A few months ago the complex was sold to nee management. In previous years water has been covered and rent raised maybe 20 dollars every renewal. With this new company my rent is increasing almost 100 dollars and now we are required to pay for water. Lakeview is a good place, but expect to pay a lot for it. Time will tell what other changes this company will be making.

I’ve lived here for 2 years and overall has been a good experience. Things to consider: management is nice and polite. Maintenance always calls ahead and is quick at fixing things. In my lower newly renovated apartment the contractors made a mistake with the plumbing which caused leaking through my closet wall and drenched the floor. It wasn’t a big deal except for being inconvenient but about a year later I was experiencing symptoms from black mold that grew from that issue. My car has been broken into 3 times these past 6 months and 1 of those times my cadilatic converter almost stolen. The lake is nice but after 5:00pm parking gets ridiculously competitive. If you want a decent spot get home at 4. Otherwise you’ll have to park on the other side of the entire building and walk a ways to get to your apartment.
