This is building is a bit outdated and may need more space to meet the requirements of a standard basic 21st century building.
To Whom It May Concern, I am relocating to the Los Gatos area in about three weeks. On a trip over this past weekend, I ran across this beautiful community. After knocking on the Managers Door, I was greeted by a courteous and professional woman named Amy. Although she showed me around the property, she informed me that there was no availability at the moment. She was nice enough to take down my info, and told me she would contact me if there were any vacancies in the near future. Lake Vasona Manor is quite beautiful, and is definitely my first choice.
I have lived here now for 7 years and love it! It's a unique complex and looks like all of the units are different, since I have been in a few now. At first, I lived in a 3 bedroom with 2 roommates, now I am in a 1 bedroom and its large. Ive got a fireplace, a big balcony, a lot of cupboards, big closets and hardwood floors. I also have a garage under my bedroom. Its not one that you can walk right into your apartment from but, its a garage and I really wanted my car to be inside. Also have a storage closet in there. The other people living here all seem to be nice, or at least the ones that I have met. Some have dogs which is OK. its quiet here and you really cannot beat the location facing the park and the lake. I will probably be here until I can buy a house.
