Poor maintained building no timely communication with tenants or owners constantly people standing outside that don't live there horrible parking

Awesome View of Lake Michigan

I have resided at my current residence for 7 years with an awesome view of Lake Michigan. It has all the amenities that a renter would want/need. A workout room, convenience store, dry cleaning business, a residential block size outdoor patio with a full view of the lake and 24-hour security.
