Lake Place Luxury Apartments & Townhomes

Excellent home and the most friendly landlords. Love my home! My kids and I enjoy the hot tub at the Lake Place Apartments, and sometimes we go to the restaurants and the mall near my home, just a five-minute drive. Really nice!

We have a the perfect Apartment! Great place, great staff and great community; really enjoy that we are including in the Preserve activities as well!

I live here over a year. I love everything about this place. The managers (Leslie and & Lori) are amazing. They really do care about their tenants. Maintenance is excellent. They usually come same day if not the very next day for sure. I couldn't recommend this place enough. 5 starts for sure.

My two kids and I love the Lake Place Apartments. We enjoy our new home, which features an excellent swimming pool, a hot tub, a large backyard near Lake Neill with a walking/biking trail, and a better patio. The landlords are friendly! Some of the neighbors are just good, and some are okay.

It’s been like a stay at a resort and yet feels like home. Love the Jacuzzi and Sauna facility. Gym could have some weights to make it feel like a proper gym.

Great place to live! Good location, near the mall. Enjoy the walking trails, pool, hot tub, and workout area. Would recommend this place to others.

I love living at lake place! The staff is so welcoming and helpful with all of my questions. The apartments are well kept and updated. The price is very reasonable and worth it. The only (minor) downside is some of the smaller amenities (hot tub, fitness center, etc.)

When given the option to remain in this community or move elsewhere at the end of my lease, it was an easy choice - stay. The staff are fantastic and it's a wonderful place to call home. The maintenance requests are done incredibly quickly, the office team is a delight, it is always kept very clean, and the community get-togethers are fun and frequent. You'll never regret choosing to live here!

The apartment is very cheerful with regular events, the coffee machine and helpful staff!! The spring festival was fun. I was glad to meet the neighbours. Access to The Preserve Centre made summer feel like a vacation.

I haven't lived here long, but it is hands-down the best value in the local market. Leslie and Lori do a really nice job and are great. My maintenance issues have been addressed immediately and resolved very fast exceeding my expectations. Thank you for the great service David. Plus, the gym and sauna are awesome.

Lakeplace apartment is nice place to leave. Apartment has all amenities. Their supporting group are very good. All support staff are very friendly.

This is an excellent location, very well maintained, quiet, with helpful and friendly staff. The walking trail behind the building is exceptional year-round.

We’ve recently moved to this apartment complex in Eden Prairie. We love how everything is new, the details on the Lounge Room, the coffee machine, the pool and the hot tub / fitness room, and being nearby a beautiful lake to get walks around.

Everyone here is so welcoming and accommodating. The place is very clean and held to a high standard. This apartment has everything someone could ask for at a reasonable price.

So far I am loving it here. The apartments are spacious and the residents I have encountered have been nice and welcoming. It is quiet yet not too far from just about anything you need.

Kind staff, great amenities, and a safe community! If there’s a problem, maintenance responds quickly and is very respectful. Having access to the nearby community center is also a huge bonus!

Lake Place is an amazing place to live with a great location the maintenance and management staff are top notch and they have a great attitude. They do numerous social events if you would like your neighbors and have parcel pending to help protect your packages that you order.
