Lake Lofts at Deerwood

Front office people are very nice and just doing their job with the guidelines given to them…. That being said, do everything in your power to find a better apartment anywhere else. Maintenance is tough to come by here (not their fault, owner probably doesn’t higher more help or doesn’t allow certain herbal maintained), the hallways are super dirty since I’ve been here (6months), And they nickel and dime you for every last fee they can get, zero Grace for any thing at all around here and any chance they can give you a fee for something, they do. Which is all well and good if it was going towards keeping the place up kept really nice but it’s not…. There’s not one trashcan outside or anywhere for people‘s dogs so when you wanna walk around the lake in the back or just walk over to Publix be prepared to step in piles of dog poop or smell it. A lot of the good reviews come from promotions for free pizza or just dealing with a super friendly front office people but when it comes down to the lease, be extra careful that you read it over well and you know what you’re getting into…. at best these places should be $800 a month and their twice that. There’s been a broken fire alarm going off for almost 2 weeks now if that tells you anything about the maintenance side…. My flooded room in my apartment and carpet were never properly fixed either just painted over and carpet left alone. It’s all about the Benjamin’s for the owner here unfortunately. Pay a little more or look a little harder out of this area for a place.

I am loving this place, new tenant here! Beautiful apartment, the maintenance and cleaning are on point, and the team of leasing agents and maintenance really make you feel welcome. The pool is well kept and it’s so quiet here, I’ve used the grills, been down to the pool, and the fire conversation pits and I have seen a few people but it’s mostly quiet folks here. The parking garage is nice feature and makes me feel insulated from the shopping and retail right across the street. Vincent and Christy have been so supportive and excited right along side me from the first tour and the way through moving, I appreciate you both so much! 5 month update: Now that I’ve learned the area I thought I would add: Town Center is less than 2 miles away and I love having access to the restaurants there! The pool stays clean (they have a service that comes regularly) and quiet. The gym is lovely and has gotten upgrades and how offers a personal trainer on-site (for a free). They have resident events and give seats every month. Christy and Vincent are always available and friendly, they greet you by name in the hallways. This property has lots of space and features but relatively few apartments. 10/10 recommend!

I have lived here 4 years and would recommend this property! Great location! Everything right outside your door. My maintenance requests have always been answered promptly. And the front office is professional and friendly.

We absolutely have loved living here the last 3 years! Vincent and Kristy are the best apartment managers ! The best part is they always greet me and my husbands dog everytime they see her !

Vincent is the nicest person! He’s extremely helpful and answered all my questions! He broke everything down to explain things clearly which i appreciate!

I moved into my apartment in September, and the experience has been wonderful! The maintenance technician, Hasim, is always quick to help with anything I need. Vincent at the front office has been equally amazing—super responsive and consistently going out of his way to make my move-in process seamless. Highly recommend!

Close to all, The private parking garage is perfect. Friendly staff Ms. Eliza is very professional and helpful. The pool /cabana area feels like a resort.

Lived here almost 3 years, My vehicle has been vandalized 3 times due to security gate always broken. No cameras in Parking garages, on no floors May 27th eleven vehicles were vandalized, June 16th, 5 car windows were smashed. Apartment claims not to be liable... Gate has been broken for approximately 9 months. If you inquire about the status of the gate, they will evict you, even if you're disabled. Homeless personnel has been living on the top parking garage and many times in the stairways.. be careful!
