Great place to live. Friendly staff, great location, great amenities. Close to all major shopping centers and restaurants. Close to 1-95. Maintenance men are efficient and helpful.

We love the location, the half olympic size pool, the beautiful green environment. There are several small ponds and sidewalks all around the neighborhood.

Absolutely love calling lake in the woods home, such a peaceful place to live. Maintenance had been great too, always comes to the rescue when needed!

Community Apartments has been a comfortable and quiet place to live. The location is convenient, and the amenities make everyday living easy. I’ve really appreciated the friendly atmosphere.

The place is beautiful and gives me with a filling of peace. The neighbors were all welcoming I love the high ceiling and the loft was a great surprise much larger than I thought from the floor plan I’m so pleased with my unit I rented the unit on line without seeing. I’m so happy

Really love living in Lake in the Woods so far! It’s quiet and everyone’s friendly! We had quite a few maintenance requests we had to put in but once they got to our apartment they fixed everything at the same time. Parking is not great. One assigned space per apartment unit and not enough open parking spots for others who pay to live and park there without having to walk a mile to get home. Maybe have guest parking or visitor parking in the front by the entranceways to help a bit with that? Other than that i enjoy living in Lake in the Woods. Definitely recommend.

I like to live here. All is quiet. I renew my lease and think to stay many years. You have everything that you need near your home .The staff here are so friendly. I recomended 100%. Thanks Lake in the Woods for make us part of Your live.

Maintenance man Calvin came to my rescue and fixed and updated the hardware on my toilet and even tightened up my toilet seat which I had been unable to fix on my own due to my disability, so big thanks to him for helping with that as well.

Love! Great community. Clean space, plenty of amenities. I don't have to throw my own trash away & the ladies in the front office were nice.

its nice coming home to a place that its not just a place to live but somewhere your pets enjoy as well plenty of shade as well as benches to take your animals on amazing walks plus they have a beautiful well maintained pet park that is gated in for safety.Its like a small rain forest

The service is great they are quick to get to you after you put in for your service request. They fix the problem same day. The property is very clean and organized. The amenities are great, the pool is awesome. The neighborhood feels safe and is quiet.

So far so good, staff is great and so is the property! It’s like my own little slice of peace where I am! Maintenance has taken care of my issues in a timely manner as well!

Lake in the Woods is the best apartment living community I’ve yet experienced. It truly feels like a community and not just an average apartment rental. The amenities are awesome, maintenance is quick and friendly, and the entire staff in my experience has been both friendly and professional. It feels good to come home here. My favorite part has to be that it’s quiet and full of wildlife like bunnies and butterflies. :)

This is a great location with very good amenities. The staff in the leasing office is very nice. However maintenance services are very slow.

It’s a great place to live, good service, good facilities. It was a good idea to choose this place to live and I recommend it to everyone looking for a place with a good quality of life.

Being a resident has been amazing. The leasing office is always helpful as well as the maintenance crew. The amenities are perfect. They are always open and available and secure.

Pretty quiet and the maintenance team and supervisor are amazing. The only complaint is people drive way too fast in the parking lot and around the curve of the entrance by Babcock.

Landscaping is kept up and looks nice. Lots of amenities options but tennis court could use some maintenance. Biggest concern is that many maintenance request issues will say completed but problem is not actually fixed.

Apartments have nice amenities and nice landscaping. Lots of sidewalks for walking. The gym has good equipment. Office staff is nice and personable.

I’m writing this review, because I absolutely love living at LITW. The office staff takes care of every request right away. The maintenance team comes to make repairs within 24 hours and when they repair something, they make sure they do it right. They’re prompt, they’re professional and they’re always polite. Also, I really like the fact that the lawn is always mowed, the parking lot is clean and the leasing office is so nicely decorated. I just can’t think of one complaint. I hope they read this, so they’ll know how much I appreciate their kindness and hard work.

I like to live here in Lake in the Woods. Is near everything you need. You don't here music and noise is very quiet. The people when see you they greet you, they are respectful and kind. I recommended these place to live.

Lake in the woods is a very quiet area. We love the amenities that comes with, all the nice people and how close everything is. We couldn’t have chosen a better area to live in.

Great place to live surrounded by nature, we enjoy seeing all of the birds and rabbits that live on the property. The leasing office team is also wonderful.

I moved in pretty recently so this is week two. I like the area and how tranquil it is, as well as how hidden off my own apartment is. Definitely looking forward to enjoying the rest of the lease here.

The apartment complex landscaping is very nice and kept up. The office staff is friendly and easily approachable. There is a several different amenities to enjoy and also lots of sidewalks for walking

Lake in the Woods is a very beautiful community. The residents here are very friendly and helpful. Especially my neighbor beneath me. Before he had to have surgery on his shoulder, he always take out his leaf blower to blow away all the debree that fall off the pine trees on to the staircase and in front of my door. Those trees create a lot of mess with those dry pine needles. Aside from that, the community is very quiet and beautiful.

Just moved in July 2024. They are great apartments. They are roomy, the floors are pretty, the walls are a nice grey color, and the bathrooms are neat. Front office isn’t the most responsive.

I’ve spoken to several of my neighbors and have found them to be polite and minding their own business. I love it here and family feels the same way.

This community is peaceful, quiet, beautiful, relaxing, and probably just a little surrealistic in its idealized qualities! I love to live around water. It is both soothing and invigorating to live near water. I love my apartment layout, with a beautiful, high vaulted loft as a third bedroom. The layout of the Essex is the best by far. Love this place!

Long term resident. Love the community and its lush landscaping. Staff is amazing!! They are always great!! Location is good. Close to shopping, restaurants, beach and more.

I Love living here as the grounds are kept to the highest standards, very clean I totally see the pride that's taken in keeping the apartment grounds beautiful.

We have lived here for almost five years & absolutely love it. Perfect for small families with great neighbors and a helpful staff. Highly recommended.
