Bev and Michael here. We've been here a year and a half. Best decision besides marrying one another that we ever made. Super friendly and helpful front office staff. The grounds are always kept nice. Well maintained residences. Close to Kreager Park. Georgetown Square is five minutes away. Single story living. Pet friendly. And a POOL! C'mon be our neighbors!
I lived at this apartment complex for almost four years. The staff are so friendly, maintenance is prompt, the community is peaceful, and the apartments are built like mini houses. If you have a chance to rent from here, do it!
I truly like living here! It's really nice, quiet and peaceful. The grounds are well maintained. Managent are nice and friendly. Maintenance fix repairs in very fast!
I do like this apartment complex. It's so quite here, peaceful and theres a BIG park, Kreager park, right next to it. Very convenient. The staff here are really nice. The only thing, is that I believe the rent is WAY too high here with what they offer. And if you're late they charge a $25 late fee, plus $5 each day that its late. Don't like that, but I love the triple doors for the patio, great for security.
Large friendly community of single story apartments at a fair price. Friendly, yet privacy is respected. I have lived here about 10 years. I love my covered parking! No loud neighbors or drama last long. It is a quiet and peaceful community. Some young families and many older retired residents. The three maintenance guys respond to issues quickly. Great location by park.
We enjoy a family friendly country type atmosphere. Kreager Park sits behind our complex and the River Greenway is right across the road.Yet we are very close to shopping and restaurants. I feel completely safe here. The residents are friendly and respectful. We have an awesome pool that is enjoyed by all ages. The management hosts several social events through out the year . You have a choice of one or two bedroom apartments........the apartments are spacious, with high ceilings and open concept. I live in a 2 bedroom with attached garage. It has all the comforts of a home and no worry about maintenance.
Lake Forest Village apartments in Fort Wayne,Indiana are the best. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They plan different activities for the tenants to meet each other. I love the quiet atmosphere of the complex. You can have a small garden plot during the summer to raise fresh vegetables.
The apartments are very spacious and affordable. The apartments are really well designed. I rarely hear anything from my neighbors through the walls! The staff in the office is personable and always fun to talk too. The maintenance group does a great job on fixing anything wrong in a timely manner. In the winter, they are really fast on snow removal and in the summer they keep the lawns looking great!
My husband, I, and our 6 year old son live in an amazing apartment complex. They have kept this place very well taken care of. We love that it's only 1 floor with cathedral ceilings. We have a big back patio. Great parking. They have kept this place very taken care of. We live right next to a park and the river. The staff is always helpful and nice. They keep the laundry room and pool is great condition. The maintenance staff is usually there the same day if something needs fixed and is always helpful. All the buildings are kept up to date. They are very attentive to any problems that anyone brings to their attention. They have garden plots, community picnics, bonfires, etc. The apartment is very spacious and even has attic storage. I would recommend this place to anyone. It's close to everything. I feel very safe here with my son and husband. It's in a great part of town. We have been here for almost 3 years and we don't plan on moving anytime soon. You can really be comfortable here.
Lake Forest Village is very quiet with it's triple pane windows and well built walls. I am also happy with the very energy efficient appliances, vaulted ceiling. Largest patio I have ever seen with an apartment. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
