In addition to being historic, beautiful, and filled with fun things to do, Soulard is walkable, bicycle-friendly, and close to downtown. It is home to several parks, including Soulard Park and Frenchtown Dog Park. Attractions include the Anheuser-Busch Biergarten, the Budweiser Brewery Experience, and the Mad Art Gallery. I-65 extends along the west side of Soulard for easy access to downtown, located about one mile north.
