I love living at this apartment. They have the best management anytime you need something done to your apartment. It’s just a phone call away and it’s done the same day. I can’t stress enough how much I love living in these apartments. I feel very safe and secure couldn’t ask for a better place to live.
I moved into La Donna in 2023, and the apartment is fantastic, management is always approachable and problems get resolved in timely manners. I originally chose La Donna when other apartments had air conditioning issues, La Donna has 2 wall units so it felt like a safe backup. My time here has been great and I plan to stay a resident as long as I’m in Wichita Falls
As a new resident, I lucked out by choosing La Donna Place as my new apartment home, as my first choice, based on what I saw at the Apartments.com website. The rent is very reasonable. The office manager is very friendly and helpful. When I got behind schedule on my move, the manager left the key for me to get, afterhours. Saved the day! Lots of parking available. For units that do not include a washer and dryer, the laundry room is large, clean and inexpensive. La Donna has other amenities, like a workout room and computer room for free resident use. Check it out. I did, and glad I moved here.

I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment! The unit is well-kept and in excellent condition, and the community is always clean and well-maintained. The neighbors are friendly, which makes for a welcoming atmosphere. Jessica, the manager, and the maintenance team are fantastic—always responsive and quick to address any issues. I truly appreciate their dedication to keeping everything running smoothly. The small community events, like Valentine’s and Christmas treats, add a thoughtful touch that makes living here even more enjoyable. Plus, the rent is reasonably priced for the quality of living provided. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed home!
Good place to rent an apartment. Management is quick to respond and resolve issues when they arise. The referral program is really great bonus! I've lived here two separate times, and would recommend!
Hands down I absolutely love living here!! Management has ALWAYS fixed any problem that I've ever had. 100 % any issue was resolved in an accordingly time. We have a little dog park which is great for the animals. Excellent maintenance guy and the best of the best property management!! It's been perfect for myself and my children!!
I have loud neighbors below me who slam thing around, party, and make noise during the day and afterhours. Management refuses to address the situation and let it linger. Also, there's roach issues that is reoccuring.
My partner and I have been living here for a year and we absolutely loved our time here the neighbors were never too loud. We always felt safe even just being on our balcony.
