The complex needs a little general upkeep but nice apartments. It would look better if the large trash container was enclosed and a had steps to dispose of extra trash easier. Packages could be more secured instead of a large room with shelves. The staff is very friendly and easy to work with.

Really nice view and appliances. Apt was not move in ready…lots of maintenance requests were needed to be made. After these changes are made the apartment is in nice condition. Parking is a strong issue here. Pool bands 2 per person on the lease.

Living here has been ok. Overpriced, they want to charge for every little thing. There really is no benefit or competitive edge over other apartments. Gate never works, they charge a “amenities fee” of 100$, which was not mentioned on my renewal this year. There is always dog poop everywhere, and there needs to be more “green” spaces. Honestly no appeal to move here if youre looking for comfort.
The move in process was quick and simple. Bridgette is amazing! The place is stunning! I would like to have an option to customize your resident fee so you only pay for what you use.

It’s a nice community. They have neighbor events every now and then. They have been improving the amenities and outside features like landscaping, and painting the streets, etc. the apartment is okay, everything works and it is almost brand new.

I recently moved into this luxury apartment and found several disappointing issues. The apartment wasn’t fully prepared: smart features were malfunctioning, the carpet was improperly installed, and there was visible dirt and dust in multiple areas. The bathroom sink was clogged and the baseboards and vents were dirty. Additionally, the door needs a tune-up and the shelves occasionally jam. While the location and space are good, these move-in problems detract from the overall luxury experience.

The accommodations are very nice, and it feels like a safe place to live. the property is kept nicely. The views are nice from my apartment, it overlooks the La Cantera Golf Course and its a great location.

It's very spacious and enjoy living here. The view is great as I can see the golf course. Also, there gym and pool are very clean, but I do wish there was a leg extension workout machine.

The management team is very helpful. They made the moving process easy and they communicate well. Maintenance is also very diligent. Most times when you make a request the issue is resolved within the next day or two.

Great place so far. Management just changed so some changes happening around the community. I wish the amenities were available 24/7 like the gym, especially the lounge, but I know they’re focused on maintenance right now, so maybe there will be some changes later.

This property is GORGEOUS. I walked into the pool area on my tour and knew this was my home. The apartment is spacious and management is professional. I really enjoy living here.
