The complex needs a little general upkeep but nice apartments. It would look better if the large trash container was enclosed and a had steps to dispose of extra trash easier. Packages could be more secured instead of a large room with shelves. The staff is very friendly and easy to work with.
The moving process was really smooth! The team was really nice and answered all my questions! I cant wait to use the pool! Kendra is great!!!! :)

Really nice view and appliances. Apt was not move in ready…lots of maintenance requests were needed to be made. After these changes are made the apartment is in nice condition. Parking is a strong issue here. Pool bands 2 per person on the lease.

Living here has been ok. Overpriced, they want to charge for every little thing. There really is no benefit or competitive edge over other apartments. Gate never works, they charge a “amenities fee” of 100$, which was not mentioned on my renewal this year. There is always dog poop everywhere, and there needs to be more “green” spaces. Honestly no appeal to move here if youre looking for comfort.
The move in process was quick and simple. Bridgette is amazing! The place is stunning! I would like to have an option to customize your resident fee so you only pay for what you use.

It’s a nice community. They have neighbor events every now and then. They have been improving the amenities and outside features like landscaping, and painting the streets, etc. the apartment is okay, everything works and it is almost brand new.

I recently moved into this luxury apartment and found several disappointing issues. The apartment wasn’t fully prepared: smart features were malfunctioning, the carpet was improperly installed, and there was visible dirt and dust in multiple areas. The bathroom sink was clogged and the baseboards and vents were dirty. Additionally, the door needs a tune-up and the shelves occasionally jam. While the location and space are good, these move-in problems detract from the overall luxury experience.

It's very spacious and enjoy living here. The view is great as I can see the golf course. Also, there gym and pool are very clean, but I do wish there was a leg extension workout machine.

Great place so far. Management just changed so some changes happening around the community. I wish the amenities were available 24/7 like the gym, especially the lounge, but I know they’re focused on maintenance right now, so maybe there will be some changes later.

Really great modern apartments with great facilities. The maintenance team responds fast and the staff are wonderful. Gated community and close to a lot of places.

I absolutely love living at La Tierna! From the moment I moved in, I knew I had found the perfect place to call home. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, which adds to the overall comfort and peace of mind. The amenities here are top-notch. The gym is well-equipped and never too crowded, allowing me to maintain my fitness routine with ease. The pool area is a perfect spot to relax on weekends, and the communal spaces are always clean and inviting. My apartment itself is spacious, modern, and filled with natural light. The kitchen is a dream, featuring high-end appliances and plenty of counter space, making cooking a joy. This has become one of the worst apartment complex I've ever live in my life. The walls inside are paper thin so you can hear every single thing your neighbor is doing. Constant loud music, and people that don't even live in here using the pool almost every day. There's been an immense amount of break ins, the gates, cameras and keypads are useless as 90% of the times they don't even work. If you voice this concerns to the front staff they will just look you and do nothing about it. Finally the move out process have been a nightmare as we have to constantly remind them we are moving out among other issues.

The experience has declined greatly since new management came in (late 2023). Students are flooding the complex and staff is not one to help residents. The pool grills don’t work, cars getting broken into, parties and noise every night, etc.
This place has drastically changed for the worse since I moved here in 2022. The staff when I moved here, cared about the people, the property and held events to bring everyone together. The current staff lacks in all categories.
We really love living here, the layout of the apartment, location, amenities. So far our experience with both maintenance and the office staff has been professional.

I really enjoy the amenities, but having them close so early is a bit of an inconvenience, as well as the fact that they can’t even be reserved past closing time. I have no complaints about the apartments themselves
