Property Ratings at La Prima
The landlord never wants to fix anything he avoids it all costs, if he does fix something he’ll blame you 100% of the time, in some of the units the carpet hasn’t been replaced in over a decade, the dumpster area is disgusting the trash people only come once a week so it’s filled up in like one day, peoples cars get broken into or vandalized once every 6 months, he raises the rent once or twice a year, the PARKING! Oh my gosh the parking, people can double park but th catch is you get boxed in a lot! Especially if someone parks poorly which happens often, and people park right in front of the walkway into the complex 99 percent of the time, there’s criminals who hang around at night and sell drugs and the landlord lives like two hours away so he can’t do anything if someone is breaking the rules. All in all it’s a terrible complex.
