Property Ratings at La Paloma Apartments
Worst experience of my life. Had to sleep with a bug net over my bed, found roaches crawling on bed frame & bedside table multiple times. Would find dead ones in my cup if I left a drink on my table over night. I can go on & on. Management charged me for a cleaning fee & double the usual amount of my water bill on top of repainting fee as a way to get out of not paying me back my deposit. DONT MOVE HERE
Besides seeing roaches every where, all the time. The restrooms grow black mold and they just paint over it. Took apart our couches and roaches poured out everywhere, along with a nest. You can't eat at your dinner table without a roach passing by. They have 4 locks on the doors, and trust me when I say you'll need them. Random people knocking on your door all the time. Manager C doesn't care about roach infested apartments, as long as they get leased she could care less. Walls are super thin, if you have kids I would reconsider a different location unless you want to hear everything going on next door in the middle of the night.
This apartment here quite and no issues,most of time they fix when you call office,the problem i see too many non running vehicles park and the property manager said they are going to tow vehicles and so far haven't seen nothing done.dumpster always full.sometime funiture dump.
