Apartments are “remodeled”, and rent is way to much for what the apartment is. There are so many issues regarding appliances as soon as you move in. I had to call many times and request many times things to get done. Nothing is new or “remodeled” . It’s just painted on top of the old one to make it look NEW
Good location. Poor service from staff. Apartments could be better.

I was excited about the place but the apartment is not on the best condition I have 10 days being a resident there and I already have some issues with the equipment that don’t work properly.

La Morada es un lugar agradable para vivir y muy bien ubicado. Ya que a solo 5 minutos caminando hay eestqurantes farmacia supermercado peluqueria entre otros.

The complex is relatively quiet, but the units and grounds are low quality and not kept up well. The washer/dryer is advertised as a full-size unit, but in actuality, it is a single-person unit. The rent is very high for what you get.

Do not live here!!! This has easily been the most disturbing and upsetting living experience I have ever endured. To sum up the chaos, we experienced flooding within the apartment, a bee infestation, and the kicker, a SEVERE, DISGUSTING maggot infestation that was caused by complete negligence from La Morada (see pictures). Maggots were in our light fixtures, falling from our ceiling like rain,and pouring out of our baseboards and outlets by the thousands and we evacuated immediately for our family's safety. It was like a horror movie. Not only did this happen, they left us high and dry and did NOTHING for us, offering us only the option to move into a different unit charging us $400-800 more monthly than our current lease agreement despite the issue being completely their doing. We (myself-pregnant, my 1year-old daughter, and my husband) have been living elsewhere for over a week, yet they have still not cleaned the apartment! This is unreal. I also know that there are multiple buildings within their complex with bee issues from reports of other tenants. Our issue started with Bee Hives that were outside of our apartment and after dodging BEES for over a week coming into our light fixtures and swarming the entry of our apartment with my 1 year old child, they finally addressed the issue, improperly! According to management they left decaying bee-hives and hundreds of dead bees inside the building causing the maggot infestation. I'm still waiting for this horrific nightmare to end. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

We know that late summer is when the bees are their most active and want to stay vigilant on the issue. We want to be sure that the services provided in and out of your apartment have eradicated the source of the problem and the problem itself. Do not hesitate to stop by the office any time.

Yo ya he vivido aqui hace unos 3 años y volvi porque veo que es muy tranquilo y agradable las partes verdes y el parque que esta cerca. Solo mejorar la asistencia en mantenimiento y hacer caso a mis reclamos porque han venido varias veces y no atienden a ellos.
If you want a vacation, come and live at La Morada, everything is close to you, the nature, Publix, La Granja, the lake and the park, all gas stations, McDonalds. 19 minutes to Fort Lauderdale Airport. 90 minutes to Port St Lucie / Fort Pierce. What is important to me is the peace of mind!
I cant express my discontent with this place in words. They need to fix so many issues.

The facility is very organized, Mantienance matters do not get fixed on a timely matter and the front office is very unprofessional.
Es un condominio tranquilo en general pero las personas que viven en los segundos pisos a veces brincan y hacen mucho ruidos en horas altas de la noche cuando uno esta tratando de dormir.
Horrible move in experience, apartment was dirty and had so many issues. Main one being the patio door does not lock, huge safety issue. Spoke to management multiple times and they assured me it would be taken care of and now three weeks later my door is still not locking. Could not find the wifi plug and they were NO help. Mutiple work orders that I submitted have been closed with the issue still not fixed. Apartment is OLD, cabinets peeling and falling, management told me basically they wont do anything about it. Do not recommend this place at all.

The community is filthy for those who are unfortunate to live around your trash compactor area.. trash piles up everyday 5 ft high... It becomes a huge fire load and safety threat. Not to speak about the health concerns and animal plagued area like roaches and rats.

La Morada at Weston is a nice place to live. Located in the heart of Weston, La Morada is surrounded by major stores, schools, charming shopping centers, and conveniently close to Ft. Lauderdale airport and beautiful parks as well. It has become a family-friendly environment with a distinct passion for outdoor activities. You won't want to live anywhere else!
My wife and I moved in within a few weeks and we love it! Especially since it's next to a beautiful park.
